No, Felix doesn't. She's going to carry a phone around 24/7, which she uses to communicate with people (she types out messages and then shows them to hearing people.) She does know ASL--and prefers to use it by a long shot--but she makes do with the phone and a notepad and pencil when it dies or is charging. She's also pretty good at theatrical miming by now, having been deaf for ten years.
