How to Find editors for IR Romance

Considering publishing some stories. Any suggestions on how I would go about finding an editor for Interracial/multicultural romance novel/novella? Would love to also get an idea of what the going rates are for editing. Is it based on work count (e.g. $$ per 350 word count)?

My favorite editor did my book Zoe and Aaren. She was a little pricey but my god those books are stellar!
