About to start
even though I said I would shelve December selections until later. I would like to finish off this mini series.

That's good to know! I had been avoiding this one.

Just finished
but its an Harlequin Historical not HP. I thought it was excellent and enjoyed the Tang Dynasty history.

I like that everyone is posting non-HP Harlequin (and even non-Harlequin) reads!I just finished
, a debut HD by Sarah M. Anderson. It's probably one of the best debut novels I've read.
LoveRomance wrote: "Yesterday:The Nanny Bombshell"What did you think of The Nanny Bombshell? It's next on my TBR list.
Love the author. Definitely not my favorite of her titles. But I always enjoy a story that includes babies and romance, and this one had a lot of both! If I knew how to link you right to my review, you could read it (but be warned it contains spoilers). GR posting questions because you seem to know a lot: How do you include the Love Romance wrote: in italics above your post so readers know which post you're responding to? And how do you post a book cover instead of a link to a title or author?

In order to post a book cover, when you click "add book/author" when writting a message, at the bottom of the pop up box that appears, just click the radio button for 'cover' instead of 'link'.

Just finished two Carol Mortimer books Trust In Summer Madnesswhich shows it is an early CM in the turns and twists of ridiculous misunderstandings. The other Uncertain Destiny I loved./ Again an Alpha male who denies being the father of his wife's unborn child. Justin stays around and Caroline decides to stay in the marriage as long as Justin permits because she loves him. A lot of tension between the two and the love is ther though Justin denies it.

Ginny, I have Uncertain Destiny. I will probably pass on Trust in Summer Madness since it says the hero is married. I saw you gave it two stars. You didn't care much for it?
I must mention and share this oneSnowflakes on the Sea which is a keeper for me. It is not Harlequin but an early Silhoutte that has all the elements that we expect in a good romance. It has passion, misunderstandins, the OW, feisty heroine and Alpha male as well as helpful friends and relatives. I give this one 5 stars.

Today's GR frustration is the new creepy Daniel Radcliffe movie trailer keeps staying on top of the reviews I'm trying to write -- so I can't add authors/titles because link box is covered up by this ad that is SO disturbing my 9 year old had trouble falling asleep tonight!
LoveRomance wrote: "Today's GR frustration is the new creepy Daniel Radcliffe movie trailer keeps staying on top of the reviews I'm trying to write..."If you have an extension that blocks ads on your Internet browser, it might prevent those. I use Firefox browser with the Adblock Plus extension and never see the ads on Goodreads.
As usual I need help. Where or how do I add my HPs I have read for my challenge? I have been adding them and I don not see them. I am turning my wheels and remaining in place. Everyone knows what to do and I am not getting it.
I did the same darn thing...you have to add a date read. Open your shelf and I think the date read is one of the fields you can update.

Then, when you visit the the main group page, you'll see your total.
Just finished
.I really enjoyed it, except the ending was somewhat rushed and came out of nowhere. I liked the H, and was annoyed by the h at times, but I understand...she had trust issues.

Started and finished Temptation an The Wayward Son today.I really don´t know if I like Temptation or not. I felt sorry for the h in the beginning but that changed drastically as she put her plan of revenge into action. I really wanted her to suffer because of what she did- and I´m normally not a cruel person and can tolerate a lot in books.
The second was thankfully better. Sure this one had also a revenge plot but the H did see reason in time. The H&h behaved like adults and actually talked to each other about their problems.

Finished several that were read years ago:The Wayward Bride3 stars, Lingering Melody3+stars, Runaway Wife4 stars,Tomorrow Began Yesterday4 starsEnjoyed all of these older HPs. Don't recall ever reading Sarah Holland before but liked the story.
I've been gobbling Susan Napier's backlist for the past 2 days. I started off with Mistress for a Weekend after Lisa Kay's review and I read In Bed with the Boss and Mistress of the Groom. I loved all of them but loved, loved Mistress of the Groom. It's now on my favorites list. I also have The Sister Swap and the The mistress deception and a few others. I'm scared to check the damage to my cc.

Yeah, Mistress of the Groom is especially a favorite of mine by SN. I also love Reckless Conduct. I wish she wrote books more frequently. I emailed her once and she was very nice and replied back to me.

Jenny, I read HQNs over the weekend. I like the fact that I can start and finish a book in the same day.
Seriously, MotG is really really superb. I wish the book had an epilogue with the wedding. Damn it! And I have Reckless Conduct and I'm gonna start that next.Lady Danielle "The Book Huntress" wrote: "Yeah, Mistress of the Groom is especially a favorite of mine by SN. I also love Reckless Conduct. I totally agree. I think Mistress of the Groom totally needed an epilogue, although I love it as is.
The first thing I did once I finished reading it was to read the last chapter again. *Sigh* Loved that scene! The one other author I was as excited was Sarah Mayberry. I gobbled down her backlist also. That's 2 for 2 for Aussie authors.

Mistress of the Groom is a good one for rereading. I've had good luck with Aussie authors, overall.
I really like the aussie and kiwi authors. Kelly Hunter, Ally Blake and Annie West are among the top. Now Susan Napier too.
Hello. I JUST finished reading Helen Bianchin's The Italian's Ruthless Marriage Command and I give it 5 stars...what a great read. I truly enjoyed the author and loved how she developed the Hero. I must admit that I was getting a bit tired by the ruthless, cut throat, jerk of a hero and really melted with Dante, the hero of this book...(sigh). Because I liked this so much, I downloaded three more of hers...The Husband Test, Mistress by Arrangement and The Wedding Ultimatum.......so my TBR file is getting bigger and bigger since I am reading Mistress for a Weekend (who could resist Lisa Kay's review) and now it looks like I need to add Mistress of the Groom. Thank you so much ladies for your incredible tips on what to read! My husband bought me a nook last month for my birthday, and I have begun rereading the HP's.....and I am hooked......I can't stop!
I'm trying to make it through
. I have tried twice before and gotten bogged down in the same spot, their meeting after 4 years. This time I'm just skipping it and picking up a few pages later. She's just so downtrodden and bumbling I can't stand her. So there's got to be something he loves right? I'm still looking...
After reading these posts I´m curious-just bought Mistress of the Groom and going to read it now. And afterward I don´t know, have to look through my tbr file...maybe Blackmailed into Marriage or A Convenient Arrangement-includes The Italian Wife and The Spanish Groom.
