Here's my submission, first time trying the logo contest!
I drew this myself and used picnik.com for editing.
Jen--- that is really cute. What kind of program do you use to create something like that?

Kathy G. - I did it pretty old school. I just drew it on paper, took a picture of it, uploaded it to picnik.com and did some fine tuning. :)

Here's my submission:
I used a free wallpaper for the background found at http://hd-wallpapers-widescreen.thund... and then used an outline map of Africa, colored it in with fall colors and photoshopped it on top of one of the leaves.
Wow! It will be very hard to choose.

Pictures and anything used to create the logo should be original material (i.e. no copyrighted images). Include links in your post to resources modified for elements of your design.
You can post a picture directly in this thread or provide a link to the image. The logo should reflect in someway the season, bonus theme or purpose of the group. The FALL bonus theme is Africa
This thread is open for submissions and it will close at Midnight EST on August 19, 2011 - voting will start the next day and run until the end of the day on August 31st. The winning submission will replace the current logo on September 1st. Good Luck To Everyone!!
