I am about to begin

Now starting The Syn-En Solution

I started Fifty Shades Darker by E.L. James. I have mixed emotions about the series. Although not well written, I still feel some pull to complete the series. Maybe to see what all the hype is, how it ends or just to say been there, read that or finish what you start attitude. I have a love/ hate relationship with both Christian and Anastasia. Maybe I will feel different once I'm doing reading the series.

I am about to begin The Poison Tree

Although not what I normally read I truly love this series, so much so I have just started again. I miss Ana and especially Christian. It has such an addictive quality and I can't seem to get enough.

I've found with this series that if you read one or two and then don't read the next one for a few weeks or months (or in my case it could be a few years) you don't mind the sameness. I've been reading this series for a long time but I'm only up to Sizzling Sixteen.

And I'm up to Seventeen, I read them about once a year so they are always entertaining to me also.
Started reading Bellevue Press's Inukshuk. Only 40 pages or so into it, so jury is still out. Needed to google Chinook... (dont laugh)

Now, I'm going to read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?.

Dennis Lehane rocks and Sacred is really, really good. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Enjoy the Dick Francis, Lorraine, he never disappoints.
I finished Fall of Giants last week, then started The Report. The story is based on a true occurrence and is interesting, but the writing is... pretentious. I think she was going for atmospheric and missed the mark. Or maybe it's some avant garde thing I'm just to unsophisticated to understand. It's pretty bad.

Sorry i haven't figured out how to put a picture or a link ;)

Did you like Fall of Giants? I want to read it but I'm not sure if I should commit to buying it or just go to the library. I really enjoyed Pillars of the Earth and World Without End, but I know FoG is not set in that world at all...

Much as I adore the book of Wicked, I found that his others didn't even come close. For me, anyway.
