A search for "keep-well stories for little folks" gives 10 results, most of them simply mis-spelled or mis-punctuated. I reviewed the title and author that matched most closely the book I currently own. The author should have "M.D." after her name because that's how she's listed on the cover, title page, etc, and also because it is a guide to Healthy living.

And no, authors do NOT get titles before or after their names on Goodreads, per long-standing policy, regardless of the many ways they can be listed on their books.
Oh. Well, maybe the book description can say something about that. Also, all those notes about 'first published in 2007' confuse me. This is a book from 1916. In fact, to be honest, I have no idea why it's been reprinted in modern editions so many times - something's weird. (I'm not trying to argue - I'm just comparing the listings to the one I have in hand and not seeing a match. I'd be glad to ship it to you or any US librarian interested in these historical children's books - that way we could get a photo of the cover up too, I imagine. Not that it's worth so much effort - but the puzzle aspect is kinda intriguing.)
By default, books take the earliest publication date of any known edition as their first publication date. However, if the book was published earlier than that and the date (at least to the date) is known, librarians can set the first publication date earlier. In this case, I set it to 1916. I've also added a brief author bio from Google Books. If you have more information for the bio, I can add it.
