I really really want to post my five that I'm debating between but I haven't read much of what everyone's been posting!! Grr!
Sorry Holly, I'm still working on getting my last five pick from the library. I thought I would pipe in because no one else seemed to have read any of Wendy's books. Someone else is welcome to pick for her.
Shoot, I haven't read any of Wendy's books! But, since no one else has either, I choose Backstage Pass as it's in my TBR list! (If you want to wait for a suggestion from someone that's read one that's fine!)My five:
so no one has read Cindy's books? even if you're not ready to post 5 more books, someone should go ahead and pick for her.
i've already posted, but of cindy's books, i've read wings and it was good. i have some of amanda hockings books at home, but i haven't read them yet.
Well if no one is going to post their 5, then I guess i'll go, as I was also going to suggest Wings. I just finished it and I absolutely loved it. It's a relatively short, easy read but it's a great story! :)Here's my 5:
I finished Revolution yesterday, which was my give me 5 book. I really liked it. The book had been sitting around my my house for awhile, and I had for some reason been reluctant to read it so I'm glad it was picked for me. I wrote a longer review, if you want to check it out, but it is mostly random thoughts.I've now started Outlander so I'll wait to post another five. I've also not read any of Kelly-anne's books, so I can't pick for her.
Kelly Anne, I've read Delirium so I choose that (unless amy picked Numbers for you, if so then never mind :) )I just finished
My next 5 are
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
Pick a good one, people! <3
Thanks Heidi, and thanks for the rec to me in the first place. Still think about that book on occassion.
Traci for you I pick The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Excellent book.My 5:
Slice of Cherry
The Hunger Games
Corsets & Clockwork: 13 Steampunk Romances
Bleeding Violet
The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner
Yay! I love North of Beautiful because I think it is a great book for young woman to read. I bought a copy for myself.
Caitlin, I choose Briar Rose for you to read. I love everything Jane Yolen writes. It is a very poignant tale. Here are my 5:
Janet - I've read two of your books and I'm going to choose Matched for you, which I really liked.I'm just starting a new book, but while I'm finishing it I can buy/check out whatever book is chosen for me. Here's my five:
finally got hunger games from the library and stayed up til 4 am reading it! finished it and loved it! really wasnt a book i ever would have picked up and said "wow, i need to read that one" but i wanted to see what everyone was talking about. everyone was right, even if it isnt your usual read you need to read it anyway! so glad i did!

I know I did. I kept putting it off.

ok, so i finished
i little while ago, and maybe i was too preoccupied while i was reading it, but i was kinda lost. anyway, ready for some help deciding what to read next.
what do y'all think?
read
i liked it, didn't love it. reminded why i don't usually read "grown-up" books. very creative though!
i should say that i really did like the story. i thought it was very original and imaginative. i've never read anything quite like it. i guess i'm just kind of a prude about some things. i don't really like to read books with sex in them. it wasn't graphically described or anything, but, it's just not a book i would share with my daughter. i would read more of her books though, she has a creative style that i like. would you recommend any more of hers heidi?
I think you should read
- that one is more innocent as it has a pair of teens in the lead. I am worried about Garden Spells now because I gave my copy to my sister and my 15 year old niece took it from her and is reading it. I knew there was some sexual stuff, so I hope it is not too inappropriate. I couldn't remember!
Kristina, I think you should read
next. I read it a couple of years ago - and really liked it!ok ... so here are my next 5 (YA books are ...)
Monet - I think you should read City of Fallen Angels, finished it the day I got it, amazing! Here are my next 5....
Katy - I'm going to pick Divergent for you. I finished it a few days ago and really liked it. Plus I know some people who have just loved it.I'm finishing up Demonglass right now, so here's my next five picked from books sitting on or near my couch (messy, compulsive book buyer):
Monet - I think you should read City of Fallen Angels..but I will warn you, once you start it, you won't be able to put it down! It is amazing! The five books I would like to read are1. The Replacement - Brenna Yovanoff
2. Crescendo - Becca Fitzpatrick
3. Paranormalcy - Kiersten White
4. Graceling - Kristin Cashore
5. Nightshade - Andrea Cremer
Um...I think Katy already picked for Monet??? We are on Jessica's picks now if I am reading correctly. Sorry!
