Isabelle. I would really like to see a softer side to her, and only Simon would be able to bring it out.

I think it should be Isabelle, because in the 4th one(stop reading here if u havent read it!), Izzy and Simon kind of develop an understanding. Simon understands why Izzy never took relationships seriously. I personally really like Isabelle, but I also like Maia, but I believe Maia is sooo much better with Jordan. Izzy just adds a little spark in Simon's life that he deserves, especially after he admits to his mom about how he is a vampire.

At first I thought Simon and Maia would be perfect! But now that Maia's old boyfriends back, Simon and Isabell are starting to look so adorible!!!
isabelle would be my pick...don get me wrong i like maia but izzys actions are cleared in cofa

I prefer Simon and Isabelle but even then I'm not keen on them because they're relationship is doomed.. he's going to stay an immortal teenager forever and Izzy will grow old.. I just have a picture in my head that Simon in 100 years will know Clary and Co's grandkids and great grandkids and will prob fall for one of them.. It's a possibilty.
ISABELLE. maia i didnt really like. isabelle had more character :)
Ummmmm. I think that as long as Simons stuck on clary he won't truly decide but I would chose Maia because she's really nice and if Simon and Maia can toss aside their differences then that's all the better for them.

oh, i have absolutely no idea! erm... Maia i guess, as much as i love isabelle because i can just SEE simon and her together, ya know? But then again, I can see Isabelle and Simon together... so I still havent made up my mind lol :)
Isabelle for sure!!! I like her character way better.
And Isabelle has a stronger character....so shes awesome!

I agree. After a lot of decision making I have decided that Maia is good for Simon. Overall I like Isabelle more, but Maia and Simon are good for each other.
With Simon, definitely Maia. Isabelle doesn't seem like his type.
Maia, I hate Isabelle.
I would go for Isabelle because Simon and Miai are more like good friends than girlfriend and boyfriend.
Isabelle is way cooller I think, and she has an awesome sense of style while at the same time completely kicking ass...
I think Maia's character is a good fit for Simon. They are alot alike. But Isabelle is someone that he has always been interested in. I just think that Isabelle has never really had a boyfriend that she can actually be her self with. I think she is starting to find out that there is more to Simon.
I feel alone in this, but Isabelle for sure.I liked Isabelle since the beginning. She had a soft side but she hid it under a tough-girl demeanor. I liked her signature 'whip'. She comes off as perfect but she's nothing close. I think she deserves love.
I would say Isabelle because Simon and her always had a connection since they met. Mia is awesome in her own way, she is more like a friend to him then a girlfriend.
Maia i think sheh is sweeter Isabelle is not really in it for a relationship and she's really snotty and rude I don't like her... Maia all the way even though vampires and werewolves don't get along that great... Isabelle is to demanding... but then again everyone is talking about how this whole thing is clearing up in COFA and I'm starting it now but right now it's Maia I maychange my mind after reading it though
I was all for Maia on City of Ashes. Because the part where Simon and Maia reached for each other's hands was like-OMFG SO SWEET I AM MELTING. Then Kyle got introduced in City of Fallen Angels. I shipped him hard with Maia then. So I ship Isabelle with Simon now.
Isabelle. Maia and Simon are too much alike, and I think that she will end up with that Jordan Kyle guy. Plus I think that Simon being with Isabelle could show the softer side of Isabelle.

Izzy. I never really liked Maia that much, and I couldn't tell you why. Isabelle is fascinating, I never know what to think of her. And...Simon needs her, let's face it. :)
Before I read "City of Fallen Angels", I most likely would have answered Maia. Now? I've seen a completely new side of Isabelle, so I feel as if I understand why she behaves as she does.In short, I'm all for Izzy and Simon.

Isabelle, I like her a lot especially when she get's worried for Simon and she still pretend to ignore the fact that she cared for him :) she's real tough.
Isabelle is amazing, I think she's one of my all time favourite YA characters, I love how she comes out more and more through the books. I dream of creating a chracter that strong...

I didn't originally like Isabelle for Simon [she always seemed like she was just playing with him and didn't really care about him] but after the short-lived triangle between her, Simon and Maia they grew on me. I like Maia with Kyle anyway. Maia always seemed a bit, I don't want to say out of his league, but too much for him to handle. [Not that Isabelle is much easier, lol.]
Well, Isabelle is pretty awesome but... she is so not right for simon she doesn't understand him, he's cute but also sort of geeky- in a totally cut way- she is to high maintenance for him. So Maia! :)
maia is a way better choice for simon in that they are both nerdy and like video games but i think that isabelle needs someone after what we find out about in the C.O.F.A. the secret her mother told her to keep when she was 13 about her father's afair and how it changed her opinions on guys.
Izzy's my favorite character in the series, so... yeah... her.

Isabelle. She's awesome. I love how confident she is and yet she is still broken. She puts on the show of being perfect and everything that guys want but really she is afraid to love someone. It makes her a complex character and I can really relate to her. Although I don't hate Maia. I just really love Isabelle.
