I think I'm downloading the latter right now.I'm currently reading Stolen World: A Tale of Reptiles, Smugglers, and Skulduggery in part because of the title, although I also heard an amusing interview with the author.
Another fun title that immediately made me want to read the book is Real Vampires Hate Their Thighs by Gerry Bartlett. It's the fifth book in the series so I'll have to read the previous 4 books first.
I picked up You Suck by Christopher Moore when I saw the title. It was an alright book, but not as funny as I thought it would be.
Denae, did you like Stolen World: A Tale of Reptiles, Smugglers, and Skulduggery or haven't you read it yet?

His stand alone books are better- in my opinion, he cannot end a trilogy properly. Didn't like the way he ended the Pine Cove Trilogy either.
Here's a great list with some awesome titles: Best Book TitlesSome books I've added to my TBR because of the awesome name:
Porn & Pong: How Grand Theft Auto, Tomb Raider and other Sexy Games Changed Our Culture
The Emerald Burrito of Oz
Cinderella: Ninja Warrior
I entered to win Cinderella: Ninja Warrior because I couldn't resist the title prior to this thread :). Glad I wasn't the only one a little curious.
The Sex Lives of Cannibals: Adrift in the Equatorial Pacific by J. Maarten Troost. Not really about either, but a pretty good travelogue. He also wrote Getting Stoned with Savages: A Trip Through the Islands of Fiji and Vanuatu.Another book I got for the title was Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs: A Low Culture Manifesto by Chuck Klosterman. He's a Generation X essayist who writes about pop culture. You either like him or hate him. I like him. In that book, he has a funny essay on John Cusack and why he wants to punch him in the mouth (or somewhere).
How to Say Goodbye in Robot by Natalie Standiford. Which is not what I thought, but a good coming of age YA book.
Nerd in Shining Armor called out to me at the library sale corner a while ago and I just had to pick it up. Other books I picked up because of the title are Lady Anne and the Howl in the Dark, The Strangely Beautiful Tale of Miss Percy Parker, Seven Secrets of Seduction and First Grave on the Right. I've only read the last one and I loved it and can't stop talking about it to anyone who will listen to me.
I also had picked up Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake. I thought the title was so funny and the book turned out to be just as fun.
A long while back I read book entitled Sex, Lies and Vampires by Katie MacAlister. It was an awesome read! My mom turned me onto the series it's apart of and I never looked back, I really liked the title.
There's also this other series that I love, the title's not all that humorous, but the book is really awesome it's called Dragon Actually by G.A. Aiken. It's a good read and reasonably hilarious!
Gabrielle, I've had my eye on that one and will probably read it. I'm glad to know someone read it and liked it. I haven't heard of Dragon Actuallly. I'll have to look into it.Sans, I'm still waiting for First Grave on the Right. It's been on hold since you posted.
Lisa, you should know that Sex, Lies and Vampires is part of a series called the Dark Ones series. It's the third book in the series, just so your aware.I think you'll really like Dragon Actually, I think I put up a review for it on this site if you want to take a look at that too.
That book is the first in a series called the Dragon Kin series, there are four out so far and the fifth one is expected to make an appearance in September of this year. It's supposed to be out September 6th.
Thanks Gabrielle. I have a habit of reading out of order and always kick myself for doing so. Thanks for saving me. :)
Gabby to the rescue! Nah just kidding, your welcome Lisa!By the way I sort have that habit too but I usually go back and read them in order but usually only if it's advised or necessary.

Man. I loaned my Kindle copy to another friend but the loan expires tomorrow. I'm not sure if I can loan the same book to different people. If I can, want to borrow it?
I don't think my ipad allows for lending, but I may be getting a Kindle for Mother's Day. I think you can only loan it once.
Some fun titles:
Why Zebras Don't Get Ulcersby Robert Sapolsky - funny and useful pop science
Cinderella Ate My Daughter: Dispatches from the Frontlines of the New Girlie-Girl Cultureby Peggy Orenstein - I'm still waiting for it from the library
I just remembered another series where the first few books have some slightly humorous titles. The series is by Michele Bardsley. The series is entitled Broken Heart Vampires, here's the title for the first book in the series. The book itself is funnier than the title though.

I read Nine Rules to Break When Romancing a Rake by Sarah MacLean because I loved the title and ended up loving the book. A recent find that I got from the library, but still have yet to read is How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper. I'll let you know later if I liked it.
