I don’t assume to know everything. This is not an Army Wife How To Guide. These posts are only one milspouse’s helpful hints, opinions and suggestions. So take it all with a grain of salt. As a senior spouse, I accumulated information on everything from dressing for a military ball to hunting for a Federal job and decorating your temporary home to handling the stress of deployments.
Yes, I am a military dependent– spouse and mother. But I am also an independent woman with goals that have already surpassed my wildest imagination. Hopefully, this blog is entertaining, informative and inspires you to travel.

Hello All!Our family bought a home on the coast of Maine last year, sight unseen from California - something way out of character for us. We've since found our many people do (there's something about Maine!).
We're about 30 miles up the coast from Acadia National Park. My blog is about all things Maine.
