"Hey I think my nose stopped bleeding..." Spencer pulled the shirt away from his nose...Nothing happened. Then the blood started dripping again.
"Spencer!" Lithos reached for his shirt and put it back on his face. "There, just don't tip your head back."
((Yeah, sorry 'bout that. Had to play with my little sister for a bit.))"I'm okay, Skye. Just over did it a bit." Jordan said, trying her best to cover up her sickly tone of voice. "Just don't worry about me, they need you more than I do." She tried to give Skye a reassuring smile, ending up with nothing more than weak smirk.
"Are you sure?" Skye asked, unzipping the bag and taking out some lotions and inspecting them. She picked one out that looked suitable for Lithos' injury, and took it over to Lithos.
"Yup. Positive." Jordan said, strencth begining to come back. "Thankfully, I didn't but too much of a tax on myself this time so I'll be fine in a short amount of time." Jordan quietly coughed again. "But until then, I'm gonna feel just plain misrible." She said, her fingers tightly clamping her nose.
"OK," Skye nodded. "Try not to exert yourself though." She squinted at the label on the bottle. She wasn't too sure it would work, but it was probably better than anything. She walked over to the patients: Lithos and Spencer. "Spencer, I don't really know what to do with your nose. Lithos, I hope this works."
"It'll stop eventually. I know from personal experience. Bu while we have time to think, whats our next move? We can't stay here forever." Jordan said as she tried to shift position.
"Are you sure that's a good idea?" Skye asked, carefully unwrapping the bandage she'd just put on Lithos' back. She slathered some of the lotion on between Lithos' wings, hoping it would do something, and rewrapped the bandage. "I'm sure Spencer still has enough muscles he keeps talking about to carry you, if that's what you want."
"Yep. Heaps of muscles. That you just can't get enough of!" Spencer winked. "My nose...It's stopped!"
Skye shuddered. Spencer really could be a pain at times. "Your nose has stopped. Sure that makes sense."
"Bleeding..." Spencer unrolled his blood stained t-shirt. "Um...Maybe Jordan you could draw up a washing machine or something?"
"I will. I just need water and soap then I can wash my clothes...Maybe other things..." Spencer winked. ((He's so dirty...I'm ashamed of myself!))
"Too much information!" Skye said in disgust, replacing the lotion back into the bag.
((Gawsh... where do you get this stuff from RCRC??))
((Gawsh... where do you get this stuff from RCRC??))
"There's some cleaning supplies in the bag. Should be in the bottom right pocket in the bag." Jordan said as she tried to get up. It took her awihle though, her body felt so weak that a leaf could nak her fall back down. Not that she showed any signs of this to the others. "I'll carry the bag and the girl if you want."
"Jordan," Skye said, rolling her eyes. "You've already proved yourself ten times over. You don't need to push yourself. We'll carry the bag, and we'll help Lithos. Now let's just get out of here before the Erasers - wait. What about the little kid?"
((Oh.......okay then))Jordan didn't say anything. She was thinking about how familur this place was to her, and almost by instinct, Jordan walked to the far side of the clearing and found something she had thought had been a mere dream, a halluniation, when she had seen the picture all those months ago. Bu the proof was indisputable. Standing before her was a carving in a trunk of a huge tree that said: 'Moving out.33° 27′ 0″ N, 112° 4′ 0″ W.' At the end of the message the initial 'J' was carved in with another unreadable intial crossed out several times.
"Surprised. I'm just surprised." Jordan said life-lessly. "You shouldn't try to get up yet. The medication won't take full effect for a little while so just let us do the heavy lifting." She told Lithos in a kind manner, but with an almost sad look in her eyes.
"Oh, they pass the time," Skye said. "But seriously. Do we want to go to some deserted area where it could be hard to find us, or somewhere with lots of people where we could hide amongst the crowds and stuff?"
"Meh, you choose," Skye said, raising an eyebrow. She wondered if Spencer was actually planning on berry-picking. She had only been joking.
"Okay I'll go find some while you discuss what were going to do" Spencer walked off into the forest.
"How about we go to Arizona? They'll never find us there. The desert climate and scarce rural populations would make it hard to track anything down." And while were there maybe I can find out why I wrote those coordnites too. Jordan silently added. She looked over at Spencer who had returned tirumfetly with a small handfull of berries. "Spencer, I don't think it's a good idea to eat those..."
"Oh, well, it was just a sudgestion. We could go to Antartica for all I care." Jordan said nonchalantly. But inside, she was screaming at herself Why!? I came THIS CLOSE! Maybe, if I leave them for Arizona......No. I might have just met them, but these guys are all I have. "Guys, I know this is kind of personal, but, did you guys, I don't know, live outside the School before? I mean, you don't have to awnser if you don't want to it's just.....well.." Jordan was stammering again. Once is wierd, but twice is down right scary. Maybe that nose bleed did more than just make me misrible... She sarcasticly thought.
