message 117: by Ronda (new)

Ronda Tutt (rondatutt) Hi Everyone, I have created a Group called Romance Blogger Events http://www.goodreads.com/group/show/4829...

This is not a discussion group. This group is a tool for Authors and Bloggers to use for sending out their events. Most groups do not allow you to use their events link to send out your events to all their members so I created this group only to use as a tool. Anyone who joins gives consent to receive any and all events.

Another reason I created this group is because I have many friends and some of them do not do the events or even blog and have sent reqest to take them off my list of sending events to. Therefore, instead of defriending them I made the group.

So come check it out

message 126: by Pixie (new)

Pixie (PixieLynnWhitfield) Hello!
I'm Pixie. You can find my blog at- http://the-bookaholic.blogspot.com

I love blogging and meeting other bloggers! I also like making new friends in general, so don't be shy to have a chat! :)
I read a bit of everything really (hey, if it's good, I don't think the genre matters :P ), but mostly enjoy YA, paranormal romance, dystopian, and fantasy so that tends to be my main focus on the blog as well usually.
I'm also an aspiring author working on that constant struggle to get published. From time to time, I share excerpts of my work.

It won't be too much longer and I'll be hosting my first giveaway, I think, too. So keep an eye out in the next couple of months. ;)

Anyways, I hope you enjoy the blog. I look forward to checking out many of the blogs posted here as well.

I'd love to hook up, as it were, with other bloggers who have similar interests. :)

Colleen (herebebookwyrms) | 11 comments Hello! My name is Colleen, and I started a book blog this year: www.jaimedeslivres.blogspot.com

Check it out! Any feedback would be great - my writing is a little rusty, but I know the more I update, the more it will get where I would like it to be. I can't wait to take a look at the other blogs mentioned here. :)

message 146: by Leon (new)

Leon (cesarnoel) | 5 comments My Name is Cesar, I'm a web/graphic designer/social media junkie and blogger and I love to read fictional books. You can visit my blog on Fictional Book Blog and also my Dragonlance Guide Site

message 147: by Colleen (new)

Colleen (herebebookwyrms) | 11 comments Hi Cesar - how can I not follow a fellow D&D fan? I haven't read any Dragonlance (yet), but I'll definitely be taking a look at your guide when I start! Right now with D&D I'm working through R.A. Salvatore's series in Forgotten Realms.

message 148: by Leon (new)

Leon (cesarnoel) | 5 comments Well the Forgotten Realms series by R.A. Salvatore is a totally different universe compared to the Dragonlance. For the Dragonlance books, I'm guiding the readers on the journeys of the Companions from the original trilogy of books written by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman

message 149: by Colleen (new)

Colleen (herebebookwyrms) | 11 comments Yes, I know the Forgotten Realms is a different world from the Dragonlance books. :) I just haven't yet read anything other than FR yet. I tend to enjoy most fantasy, though, so I'm looking forward to checking some of DL out.

message 150: by Leon (new)

Leon (cesarnoel) | 5 comments That's good to know. If you plan to start reading Dragonlance. It's much better to start reading the Prequels about the members of the Companions before reading the Original Series as this can help you understand the character background.
