This is not a discussion group. This group is a tool for Authors and Bloggers to use for sending out their events. Most groups do not allow you to use their events link to send out your events to all their members so I created this group only to use as a tool. Anyone who joins gives consent to receive any and all events.
Another reason I created this group is because I have many friends and some of them do not do the events or even blog and have sent reqest to take them off my list of sending events to. Therefore, instead of defriending them I made the group.
So come check it out

I'm Pixie. You can find my blog at- http://the-bookaholic.blogspot.com
I love blogging and meeting other bloggers! I also like making new friends in general, so don't be shy to have a chat! :)
I read a bit of everything really (hey, if it's good, I don't think the genre matters :P ), but mostly enjoy YA, paranormal romance, dystopian, and fantasy so that tends to be my main focus on the blog as well usually.
I'm also an aspiring author working on that constant struggle to get published. From time to time, I share excerpts of my work.
It won't be too much longer and I'll be hosting my first giveaway, I think, too. So keep an eye out in the next couple of months. ;)
Anyways, I hope you enjoy the blog. I look forward to checking out many of the blogs posted here as well.

I've been reading and blogging for a few years, but only recently combined the two into a book review blog - http://www.darksideofthecovers.com - where I'll be focusing on steampunk, urban fantasy, and paranormal romance.
I'd love to hook up, as it were, with other bloggers who have similar interests. :)

Thanks, Angel! I'm giving you virtual brownies as a thank you. :)

Hello my name is Claire. I have been doing a weekly blog post at www.downanddirtylustyandflirty.wordpr... for a few months now and I have enjoyed it so much that this weekend I started my own blog too www.clairesbookcorner.blogspot.com Anyway I know absolutely nothing about running your own blog and I would love to learn from you wonderful people.

Check it out! Any feedback would be great - my writing is a little rusty, but I know the more I update, the more it will get where I would like it to be. I can't wait to take a look at the other blogs mentioned here. :)
