Young Adult Fiction for Adults discussion
What are you reading now?
Currently reading an ARC of Breaking Glass -- and it's amazing. Gritty, raw, real, and the mystery has me flipping pages. It's a little paranomal-creepy too, in a good way.
Also read Evolution by Kelly Carrero
Starfire Angels by Melanie Nilles
Arianna Rose by Jennifer and Christopher Martucci

Yes, the whole book just feel real. I love that about it. It's very believable.
Delirium by Lauren Oliver.I was kind of iffy about reading this book, but now that I'm reading it, it seems so hard to put down. I failed 3 tests because of this book, and I actually don't mind. My friend claims that it's similar to the book Matched.

It is pretty similar to Matched. I personally like Delirium better.

Yeah, it's good! I'm liking it a lot. I'm glad I started the series just as the last book is coming out. No waiting for me :)

I'm currently reading Requiem by Lauren Oliver. I'm IN LOVE with her books, I only wish I'd gotten on the bandwagon earlier!!!
I'm currently doing a R2R for Lovers of Paranormal on Ensuing Darkness by Alexis Cain
It's a great read but makes me laugh at inappropriate times! LOL!!
Every few paragraphs it says Ensuing Darkness and then a little further down it says mixed in with the story Alexis Cain! It cracks me up every time! It reminds me of those mix CD's that say the DJ's name randomly throughout! Aah! ^_^

The Book Theif is one of my very favorite books ever! I loved the story and for a YA book, it was pretty deep. Did you end up finishing? What did you think?

AGH! I LOVED
I don't usually get into horror, but this was precisely what I wanted to read at the right time. I hope there isn't a sequel because there's no way it will be as lovely.
