YES! Now you'll have to start Bloodlines, though I'll warn you- it doesn't hold a candle...IMO. Still enjoyed it, especially because Adrian is a big part of the books, but it was not as good a VA :(

Heather | 1 comments I am currently reading City of Bones based on a recommendation from a friend. Great story!! It has pieces that remind me of science fiction/fantasy books and TV shows that I have loved, but the book stays true to it's own tale.

Jadej | 5 comments I loved Divergent. Tris is awesome, she should be one one best actresses in a book. Book 2 Insurgent was great as well you learned alot more about the main individuals

message 13383: by Heidi (new)

Heidi I was not as into Divergent as everyone else. Too little world building for me. As you can see I am in the minority though!

Bethany | 578 comments I'm still working on City of Lost Souls (The Mortal Instruments, #5) by Cassandra Clare , about half way now. I've also started Black Heart (Curse Workers, #3) by Holly Black

message 13387: by Jamio (new)

Jamio | 12 comments I'm beta reading the sequel to Hotblood (House of Slide, #1) by Juliann Whicker ! I'm super excited! The first book is selling as an ebook for .99 at Amazon and Smashwords. So that conversation here about whether .99 was too much/little for an indie ebook debut? I think this is a great book to test out whichever theory you subscribe to. Full disclosure: author is my awesome friend.

Also, what I'm unfortunately not reading: Unwind (Unwind, #1) by Neal Shusterman . I've been seeing this held up as the standard for YA dystopia, and I saw it at the library while chasing my two monkeys around, but when i went back for it, it was gone! :(

I hope you like Chosen Ones! It didn't blow me away, but there were definitely some high points. I enjoyed it, even if I didn't love it.
