One of my VERY favorite series! Am all current on it, so am anxiously awaiting BLACK DAWN.

message 12657: by Melodie (new)

Melodie (melodieco) Finished Every Other Day by Jennifer Lynn Barnes . Thought it was so-so, but I don't think I was really in the mood for it.

message 12658: by Julie (new)

Julie Reece I'm reading through the Iron Fey series at the same time I'm reading the Clockwork Angel series. It's crazy going back and forth (such different writing styles) but it's fun :)

Lloyd | 415 comments I haven't been reading a whole lot lately. A little of this, a little of that, but haven't been completing very many whole books. Mostly reading to my son at night before bed.

But...the reason I haven't been reading much is because I've been working! I've been so busy I forgot to post that I finally landed a job! Took six months, but I'm happily working again. :)

I read hate list probably over a year ago. It has stayed with me and I think all teenagers and their parents should read this and have a discussion

Loved Miss Peregrine ---- I really hope there is a sequel to this ---

message 12686: by Melodie (new)

Melodie (melodieco) Don't currently have a YA going. Been doing the basketball thing. My brackets are semi-fried though, so won't be watching as much, except for the 'Cats. Have them winning the whole thing so we'll see. Once I finish up some of what I already have going I plan to start Under the Never Sky by Veronica Rossi and The Savage Grace (The Dark Divine, #3) by Bree Despain .

message 12687: by ☼Bookish (new)

☼Bookish in Virginia☼ (ren_t) Aggh. Here I promised myself I would be better about posting and not just lurking and I'm back to my old habits :(

But just finished The Fault in Our Stars and The Scorpio Races. Both are amazing books. I think that SR should perhaps be considered for the 'masterpiece' crown.

Now starting Froi of the Exiles. I liked Finnikin of the Rock but Froi has not swepted me up yet.

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater Froi of the Exiles (Lumatere Chronicles, #2) by Melina Marchetta

message 12694: by Heidi (new)

Heidi I have the second book on audio - I just can't pump myself up enough to start it since it is like 32 hours. I think I will listen to it on my drive to MN Easter weekend.

message 12695: by Kristina (new)

message 12696: by Gwennie (new)

Gwennie (blessedwannab) I'm not sure how the Audio's are, but I was really nervous to start it because I thought it was going to take me forever and bog me down. But it's moving so fast! It's one of those books that I don't want to put down.

(Cute new picture, btw!)

Thanks. The audiobook for Game of Thrones was really good so I hope it is the same narrator for book two.

I thought you were farther along in the series than that! I was hoping you be able to answer the questions in my spoiler tag in my review. I want to know if my conjectures are right or not.
