Young Adult Fiction for Adults discussion
What are you reading now?
The Night Circus, which I feel like everyone else in the world has already read. I think it's lovely, even though I have no idea how I would ever tell anyone what this book was about. The writing is just so beautiful and so descriptive that I find myself completely sucked in. I can see why you'd either love or hate it, though.
Just finished Hunted, the 5th book in the House of Night series. I was quite disappointed to find the focus once again on Zoey's dreaded boyfriend triangle. I was hoping that had been taken care of in the last book, but, alas, it has come back to haunt me again! Now, I'm starting to read The Golem's Eye. Hopefully, there won't be a love triangle in it! :)

UGLIES was a fast one for me, but I really didn't like it!

I'm new here! Hi everyone. Freebird, I'm currently reading three. I always do this to myself. Reading...Cinder by Marissa Meyer
The Hundred Thousand Kingdoms by N.K. Jemisin
Cleopatra by Stacy Schiff
Cinder is really living up to my expectations. I am happy about that. I didn't expect Cinder to be such a badass.

Looking forward to PANDEMONIUM. I loved DELIRIUM, so if this one is better it will be really exceptional!

"What did you think about DoSB?"
I liked it but didn't love it. It was surprising with a very interesting world building. But I'm not really fond of angels and I didn't relate to Karou so overall I had a good time reading it but I probably won't read the next book.

"I really liked Vampire Crush!"
I really enjoyed Vampire Crush too, it was a fast and light read. I liked the relationship between Sophie and James especially the fact that it's a love based on a history they have and not love at first sight, it's a nice change!
And today I finshed
It was good!!
