Hopefully I will done with them soon. As well I can't wait for Son of Neptune and another book in another series that I love.

Sandy (scribingshadows) Most recently I tend to have 4 books at once on my currently reading list, but the main read for the moment is The Mephisto Covenant by Trinity Faegen. And considering the subject of this book I have to wonder if the author's first name is her real name or a pseudonym? Hmm...

It's true though! Love his books! I suppose I COULD work on finishing up The Throne of Fire (Kane Chronicles, #2) by Rick Riordan . I am just restless for something...different. Meanwhile, I'm chipping away at about four or five different books, hoping something will take. :P

Stormi (StormReads) (bmreviewsohmy) Tempus, sounds pretty good so I might have to grab that one.

Before I go to Sleep sounds a lot like the movie Memento and I didn't like it. It was to confusing. Maybe this book is better..lol :)

I'm such a former graphic designer. Every time I see the font choice I want to stab my computer screen. Papyrus is NOT your friend!!! It's a font people use when they're trying to be classy but don't know how. (Sorry for mini rant, it gets me worse than comic sans!)

The font turns me off majorly so I'll wait to see what Wendy F says. At least if I read it on Kindle I won't have to actually see the cover.

message 10096: by Stormi (StormReads) (new)

Stormi (StormReads) (bmreviewsohmy) Started listening to Shiver (The Wolves of Mercy Falls, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater yep I am that far behind in the series..LOL. The girls voice is a bit iritating but I like the guys voice. Sorry I don't actually know who they are..lol

Started reading The Abused Werewolf Rescue Group by Catherine Jinks (which right now I am liking) cause Inside Out (Insider, #1) by Maria V. Snyder just wasn't moving along..

Haha, same problem here Cassi! Bad design causes me near-physical pain, especially where typography's concerned... However, given the cheapness/good reviews on this occasion, I gritted my teeth, closed my eyes and bought it anyway.

message 10098: by Cassi aka Snow White (new)

Cassi aka Snow White Haggard | 2261 comments I'm going to wait for a couple more reviews to roll in. And I will probably have to close my eyes as well.
