In high school I hooked up my sister with my best friend. It worked out fine until the next year -- he graduated and she moved back to her mom's place.

Unfortunately, since I'm the ugly troll gate keeper best friend, guys put me in the position of, "'Ey yo, friend? She got a boyfriend? Talk to her fo' me. I thank she kinda cute." And I tell my friends, and they laugh.

I have not fixed anyone up, but I've had several instances where one friend met someone from another group of my friends and they gravitated toward each other and started dating. Nothing permanent came out of any of those couplings though.
