A "YAY" morning! Two books I pre-ordered last June-- -- are wending their way to me even as I type this (gotta at least go brush my hair for Mr. Deliveryman!) and amazon told me I got them for 203 and 189 yen (sniff..GR doesn't like my yen sign!) cheaper than when I ordered them. (Yen used to be close enough to a dollar to say "about $5"...but now... well, happy to have a low price though sad about the reason!)

Off to finish pre-ordering everything else...lol...snap it in there under the lowest price guarantee early with hopes of the yen's even slight recovery!

I don't normally pre-order books but Borders had a really good deal on Dead Reckoning by Charlaine Harris. Between the 40% off deal, the extra 10% I got for having a Borders Plus card and some Borders bucks that I had earned-I got it for $3.50.

Poor Ames. I've done that twice now! One pre-ordered from Amazon and the other from BD. Now I've started noting my pre-orders in my library software, so I can check before pressing order.

I am thinkin' about pre-ordering the UK PB version of from BD. It's release date is two days after the US HC version . But, I don't have any others with UK covers. And..... he looks so scrumptious on the US cover ..... augh :\ what to do?! Need to decide quickly b/c May is just around the corner. Yippee!!
