I was completely absorbed by it and read it in two nights!

I also just finsihed The Hunger Gamesvery different from the Help, but also very readable and very good.

I started listening to the audio book Goldengrove: A Novel by Francine Prose. It's very good so far.

For those of you waiting to read The Help, don't wait, just read it. It is a wonderful! Check out my review. I have now started Sena Jeter Naslund's Four Spirits: A Novel to continue the theme of civil rights in the 60's. I love Naslund's writing (Ahab's Wife and Abundance), so I'm expecting it to be a great companion read.

Well, I just finished reading it and it was FABULOUS. The Lost Daughter by Daralyse Lyons. The best book I've ever read without exception, and I majored in English so that's saying a lot. I'm actually in mourning that I've finished it. I fell in love with the characters...

I'm reading, Alice I Have Been, by Melanie Benjamin. It's the fictional account of the young girl Alice, whom Lewis Carroll based, Alice in Wonderland on. Excellent!
