I was just wondering if anyone has read the first chapter of Last Sacrifice yet?

I read it, and it gave me nothing! I was hoping the first chapter would be a prison break, or a scene with Dimitri. I was so disappointed with it.

It doesn't mean the book will be bad, I still can't wait to get my hands on it. I just expected a bit more of the first chapter...

I literally screamed at the end of chapter 4. HOW CAN IT STOP THERE?! I want to have the book already, I'll go crazy 'till Dec 7th comes. I want to know what the hell's going on and in the same time I don't wanna read it, cause it's the last one from this series. Yeah, there's another one coming with some of the characters but it won't be the same. Grrr..

Just brought Last Sacrifice from the sony ebook store for my sony ereader, definitedly going to be a very long night

I got it on my Nook this morning and I can't believe it. All of the quotation marks and apostraphes are ? marks! It's the most annoying thing I've ever seen. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes. It's been bugging me to no end because I keep thinking some of Dimitri's dry comments are really questions.

I bet B&N would replace the copy, but I'm almost done now so whatever...

I've got it on my Kindle and I haven't run into that problem, with this book. :P Just gotta throw in how awesome the kindle is. lol.

That's not usually an issue with books on the Nook. My guess is that someone was in a rush to get the book to press and made one very large editing mistake.

I just finished and I really enjoyed it, but had a few complaints about the last few chapters that had nothing to do with Dimitri or Adrian. The book was still great though! Plus, the spin-off series might answer some of my questions anyway.

Yeah, I finished it last night. Let's just say that I didn't really sleep. I agree that maybe the spin-off will answer some of my questions. I haven't payed attention, but who is the spin-off about. Is there any word on that? I think I may have heard something about it, and forgot.

@Stacia - yea, i know it's probably not normal for the nook. I just had to poke fun. My friend has a nook and we constantly slam each other's e-readers. :)
