Oh yes! I'm reading one of Nalini's books - I think I'm up to the latest book in both series, so I'll see what I feel like :)
I'll go with either Slave to Sensation and/or Leviathan or Juliet Immortal. This list is very good. I have two options from this month's reading :)
Thanks Dee, I forgot about that. I'll think about that one. For some reason I don't love a lot of the tasks this season. I'm doing it, just not as eagerly as usual. I do love your task though ;). I rolled 2 covers that I love- nice!
Fran, I already read the whole series. I'm doing the re-read the series challenge for the SOS group.
I'm in for list #63. it gives me an excuse to read one of the few Roald Dahl books I have not read yet James and the Giant Peach
Would you believe I read Slave to Sensation (a re-read for SOS as Vi said) on 9th Jan. I'll go with Visions of Heat instead :)

Oh yes, Hawke! Can't wait.
I left the book at home, but I'm really looking forward to reading this one! Been waiting for Hawke's book since StoS! :)
It was worth the wait :) Steaming!Only another 8 PsyChangeling books till I get back to him ... *drool*
ROFL
LOL, Sandra! I can't wait either. I am almost done with Slave to Sensation and I just want to inhale the rest of them.
James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl -- January 12th, 2012It was fun to read a book by one of my favorite childhood authors, and not have to read it out loud in my classroom! I do wonder if books that begin with the killing off of a young boys parents would be as easy to publish in this day and age, since we are so careful about those types of things now. Dahl's creative nature and sense of humour shine through in all his writing, what a fabulous job he does!

LOL, you two! ...Countdown to Hawke ;)
I finished reading Juliet Immortal today. I gave it 2 stars. I found the story line confusing and didn't really care about any of the characters.

I probably would have rated it 2.5 stars if I could have. I was interested enough to keep reading, but not interested enough to read the next book.
I just finished reading Slave to Sensation. I loved it. Well developed world and characters. 5 stars. :)
Dragana wrote: "I just finished reading Slave to Sensation. I loved it. Well developed world and characters. 5 stars. :)"I love this series. If you like the first book, you'll probably enjoy the rest.
I just finished reading Angels' Blood by Nailini Singh.
I had a really hard time getting into this story. The mix of Angel's and Vampire's seems really odd. It also seemed to move a little slow.
I finished
this morning. Really enjoyed it (4 stars) - it seemed a tad slow in the middle but still a great book. And I loved the Walker/Lara romance thrown in as well... Will definitely get the next in the series (whenever that is released...)
I finished Juliet Immortal today 1/23. I liked it. There were some confusing things in there having to do with soul-stealing and taking lives, not taking lives, bringing soul mates together...it all kind of got jumbled for me, but I really liked Romeo and Juliet, their characters and the issues they faced. It was fast-paced and entertaining and I really liked the ending. I will be reading the next one. 3.5*

. It was ok, I'll give 3 stars. I wanted to like it more but it was missing something. It became more enjoyable after I got half way through.
Just finished Kiss of Snow for Singh's Slave to Sensation. OMG! Hawke's books was definitely worth the wait - 5 stars.
I finished Slave to Sensation by Nalini Singh on [2/6/2012] and am giving it 3*. I like the world she created, all though it annoyed me how Sascha was saying over and over again: "I'm Psy, remember?" The story was nice and the main pairing also, I just expected a lot more since I got a lot of recommendations for this book. I will continue with the series when I have more time and hopefully the sequels will impress me more. (:

This is hard - there are 3 books on this list I have to read... All quite different: Dead to the World, The Distant Hours and Megan's Mark. I guess I'll see how I feel :)
There are none on this list that I either haven't read or want to read :(I may skip this list or read a different Breeds book. I have read a lot, but there's so many more to read. Or I could read the most recent Sookie, although I heard the newest one isn't great.
Dee wrote: "If I stay is good fran and its short, there is a sequel called When She Went"Super sad? I'm a wimp and not in the mood for a sob fest :)
I'm definitely reading Legend as a BR. I might tackle either If I Stay or The Distant Hours if I'm in the mood.
There are a lot of books I would like to read on this list, but I think I am going to finnaly read Twilight for 'Eclipse' by Stephenie Meyer. :)
