Finished
as my last book read for 2014 and I really enjoyed all the stories. I sort of expected it with Ilona Andrews and Nalini Singh in the line up, but it still feels good not to be disappointed. 4 stars.
I finished
yesterday, and even though the chemistry and the laughs are not as good as
, I still found it an enjoyable read. Clayton writes 'friends to lovers' scenarios quite well...and she did not fail in that aspect in this book. 4 stars.
I finished
...FINALLY and I was not impressed. I only gave it 1 star. Not for me even though I'm a huge mystery fan. Oh well!
Random Book List #218I finished reading The Curious Case of the Copper Corpse by Alan Bradley and gave it *****. I love this series so much, I can't wait for the next one coming out soon!
finished
1/14/15 - 4 stars!wasn't a fan of the 2nd book, but really enjoyed this one. Loved the backstory of the twins and Clay (especially Clay).

. Ihave this book on my bookshelves for years now, but never got around to reading it.Might also read
for
.
Finished
last night (2/17) and gave it 3 stars. I enjoy this mystery series. This was a clever short in-between-the-books story.
Finished
last night. For a pretty thin book, it took me a long time to finish. No new concept here, but if you want to be inspired to follow your life path, this can be helpful. 3 stars.
Random Book List #223I finished reading The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency by Alexander McCall Smith and LOVED IT! I had loved the TV show with Jill Scott and was so disappointed when it got cancelled. I enjoyed this book as much as the TV show. I loved reading about Botswana and the people. The mysteries were very clever and I look forward to reading the next book in the series :)
I also finished
for this list last FEbruary 25. I'm still unsure about how I feel about this book, but I guess I'm glad I'm done with the series.

I finished
for
on March 24. It was ok. I had serious problems with the language that I couldn't ignore. 2 stars for me.
I also finished
on March 22nd. 3 Stars - Not bad for a debut book. It suffers from some obvious problems such as weak sentence structure and unexplained jargon. The heroine is also too cute and sweet for my tastes but the hero is appealing. I will probably continue as I got the first 3 books when they were on sale at Amazon.
Random Book List #228I finished reading Vampires in the Lemon Grove by Karen Russell and I didn't like it as much as her previous book Swamplandia. This collection of short stories were unique and interesting, but some were more interesting than others. There were a couple that were just strange. I gave this 3 stars.
I finished
for
. 3 stars. The heroine threw up a bit too much. And initially, I found the language very hard to get into. Once the book progressed, however, it got better.

Thanks for making the rule change, Yz :0)I'll read either
for
OR
for
Both have been on my TBR for a while now.
I finished
yesterday, 20 April. I liked it and will definitely continue to the next book if only to see what happens next.
I finished
(★★★★) and I have to say that I don't know why everyone seemed to have such an issue with it. I enjoyed it. Ok. I do think one brother was left in the shadow a bit (pun intended), hehehe. But it was way better than the King.
My main issue is the the Scribe Non-virgin's hypocrisy on (view spoiler) When she finally reappears, I will smack her in her face!["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>
finished
. 4 stars!slow start, some awkward mid scenes, and - yes, I'm going to say this - too many sex scenes. but it got surprisingly emotional in the denouement. wish there was an epilogue tho. but I'm just spoiled.
I finished reading
on May 11th. Just in time. :)4 stars. Brian Staveley sure knows how to write but this series still misses that magical ingredient that makes me fall in love with a book. But if you loved the first book, you are going to adore this one too.
Random Book List #233I finished reading The Shadows by J.R. Ward and gave it 5 stars! I am really liking this series, I don't know what changed but the series was wearing on me but then she changed something and now I really like them. I also liked the ALS-like storyline,

is free for Kindle. ;)I think I am probably going to go with
, although there are so many good options I might change my mind. :)
I finished reading One Foot in the Grave for Up From the Grave - like the last one it was a 5-stars-read for me. Cat and Bones made me laugh so hard at times <3
I finished
for
today, 8 June. It was an interesting read for me. I expected a shifter romance with slightly steamy reads. I ended up getting more some of which were out of my comfort zone. The book had a lot of snarky dialogues that were laugh out loud. The interactions with the Trey's grandmother was good at first but became overdone towards the end. On the whole, I would give it 3 stars but I'm very ambivalent about continuing the series.
