Donna I think any great book moves us to act upon the things we've learned and make a change of some sort in our lives. Now that you've read the Last Lecture what aspect of your life are you going to work on?

Personally, I want to start making video recordings of myself for my kids ages 6, 4, 2 so they can know how much they mean to me.

Kelley I watched the video of this lecture and was so moved--what a funny, brave man!! I wonder if he has been able to keep his illness secret from his kids with all the publicity it has gotten? I loved hearing his childhood goals and what he has done in his life to fulfill these.

Margaret I lost my husband to cancer three years ago with children still at home. My heart goes out to Jai and the family.

This book has reminded me that we must truly live the life that we are given. Until that last breath we should be contributing members of society. I want to keep that thought in mind and live my life with greater joy and accomplishment.
