You need to let me interview you. I heard you work or worked at TB. Since it's my favorite restaurant of all time, I have many questions. Like the sour cream. What is that stuff? For real? Why is it that when I am driving and sour cream shoots out of my burrito onto the crotch of my pants the stain absolutely never comes out? It's worse than bleach, semen, and hydrochloric acid mixed together. And what about that sour cream injection contraption? Is that, like, a caulk gun that you buy at the hardware store? Is there any specific food that I should avoid for reasons that you know about? What is this latest trend at TB drive thrus where they ask 'How are you today?' I feel that this throws off the rhythm of the purely consumerist exchange. I don't want to be asked how I am. I don't want to acknowledge that I have feelings, emotions, or elemental human psychology when I am barking my bean burrito order into a squawk box. I want it to be an exclusively affectless Orwellian exchange between entities merely concerned with their immediate interests. Can you see what you can do about getting this policy changed?

the sour cream is all natural... i'm surprised you didnt notice that a year ago the recipe was changed to a "light" one... this one has fewer calories... but in my humble opinion it just dont taste the same! i recomend for the stain problem to put a napkin on your crotch next time you eating... or eat with more caution... also wrappers at that store my not be wrapping the correct way... your food is not supposed to spill!
all the food there is safe... you'll be surprise to the amount of work they go into making sure your burrito is competently safe! i will however tell you to avoid buying first thing in the morning... carry over ain't fresh... we do take care of it... but it is still carry over!
and they "hi, how are you" it is hated among DT registers as much as you do... you'll be surprised how it gets people thinking that we care about their lives... you say hi, how are you? because we are ordered to say it in less then 5 seconds after you get to that window... or we could get in trouble... and now we are supposed to add "my name is xxx how can i help you today" so get ready for that... nothing i can do about it! rules are really specific about that! greet the costumer withing 5 seconds after it arrives, take the order... ask if that completes the order, suggest a drink if none was ordered, (20 seconds to one minute) get them to the window repeat greeting ritual this time with a big smile... collect the money and give em their food! in less than 2 minutes 30 seconds...
