Have you read "Hush, Hush" by Becca Fitzpatrick? They're so addicting I could hardly put down. Idk but you'll probably like it:)

I just finished Memoirs of an Imaginary Friend. It was one of those book that I picked up out of randomness, but unexpectedly turned out to be very very good!

It's told from the perspective of the imaginary friend, which is refreshingly unique and easily relatable. The fact that the narrator is an imaginary friend makes the language easy, and the humor and irony often are communicated through his innocence.

The author never specify what disorder that Max experience, but from the symptoms, it is pretty similar to those of Asperger's. It's an interesting read for anybody to easily pick up and read.

this month one the biggest/longest series in the fantasy book is finished
. it was an epic end of this series. i was kinda hoping peter jackson want to remake the last battle in movie.

other series that i read


an YA urban fantasy about grifter with an original magic system around it. it's kinda like leverage tv series mixed it with some legalized witchcraft system and you get this book series.

i don't think this series is normal fantasy in general but more like slice of life stories in magician setting. half of the first book is kinda like harry potter series and i think it was the part that i love it most. after half of the first book we have a heroic fantasy with deus ex machina coming all around which end the story in the second book. now what i dislike the most is how Unsatisfied i am after reading this series.

I just give Good Omens 3 stars. While love the beginning, I agree it was anti climatic and so random. But enjoy the humor and satire on it

As for On The Island, I regret to not read it a long time ago! Why you all not push me hard enough to read this, lol! There's some coincidence happen, especially when they're on the island, but overall, I really love it :)

Now into . TBH, I really miss my PNR and UF books.

I've been listening to lots of podcasts lately and I heard this one podcast that reviewed Alan Hollinghurst's book, The Folding Star and I'm very interested in it because I think I need a diversed experience on the aspect of the characters personality. Reading Stephen Fry's autobiography. The Fry Chronicles. It's good and hilarious at first, talking about his sugar addiction, smoking habit, when he's in school and college, his teaching stint, joining all the drama clubs in Cambridge....but after graduation and entering the showbiz, it became too serious for me. Have to be in the right mood to read this, I guess.
The bits about Hugh Laurie, Emma Thompson and other Brit celebs who became his buddies are interesting as well. Although I sometimes don't understand the humor in the TV show A Bit of Fry and Laurie ;p

Currently reading Marcelo in the Real World; a story about high-functioning autistic kid who is forced to work 'in the real world' by his father. So far it is interesting and sparks question in my mind if we should force autistic people to 'function' in real world and succumb to 'real world' rules or accept them the way they are.

Hey, Rachel, I just finished the Immortal Rules, well I can tell you if you interested in not a bit too much romance, A dark vampire story not the sparkling ones, maybe even like Bram stroker's Dracula, then you want to read this one.
I haven't made a review about this. And also like all Mrs. Kagawa style's, there's always love between two races.

As for me, I can say I give 5 star for this.

Faerie Queene, wow! Poems are difficult read - I stopped almost 1/4 through Milton's Paradise Lost because I just couldn't stand it. but Milton
