Jax (jaxc) | 21 comments Which Series should I read next???

1. Chess Putnam by Stasia Kane
2. Night Myst by Yasmine Galenorn
3. Sirantha Jax by Ann Aguirre
4. October Daye by Seanan McGuire
5. Blood Lily Chronicles by Julie Kenner

Please help! If you loved any of the series tell me why!!! Thanks so much!

Danielle (Smiley1881) I haven't read any of these so I'm not going to be any help. I have heard Yasmine Galenorn is great.

Irene Hollimon | 182 comments I loved the October Daye series so I vote you read that one first.

Nita (gillnit) I have only read the first book in the October Daye series, but loved it and do plan to read the next. I have read the first two Sirantha Jax books and that series rocks! I vote for those two.

Brianna | 76 comments I vote for Satcia Kane's Downside Ghosts/Chees Putnam series.
Awesome, dark world. THe heroine is really flawed, and she does use drugs, but it really does make her character more sympathetic. WIth all the problems she had in the past, you can kinda understand why.
I was someone who almost didn't read it because of the drug use, but...now it's one of my favorite series. Unlike everything I've ever read.
No ghosts, vampires...nothing aside from ghosts and witches, which is what Chess is

Sandy | 449 comments I've read both the October Daye and Sirantha Jax series. I'd read October Daye first.

Juana "Darkness" Duran Night Myst series by Yasmine Galenorn. That's what I would pick.

new_user | 1389 comments I would say either Chess Putnam because I've heard a lot of good things about that series that it's really compelling, etc. I read an excerpt, and I don't think they're lying. ;) Or Sirantha Jax, which I read and enjoyed. Action/adventure plus romance. They're both gritty, Chess more so than Jax.

ஐAndreaஐ (rosesrrblue) | 707 comments Chess Putnam, It's great. Dark & Grimey I guess is the only way I can describe it. It's different, Chess is highly flawed Like someone mentioned above and her drug use can be a major turn off at times but the story is great, and Chess really grows on you. You get why she is the way she is and get sucked into her world.
