This was a nice easy read. Looking forward to seeing what the rest of the series has to offer.

I love this series! It just keeps getting better and better.

This one really made me cry. Poor Roarke! He seems like such a loyal, level headed, understanding, empathetic man. I am pretty sure those kind of men don't really exist, but that's another story :)

Love Peabody and McNabb. I really am pulling for them. So funny!

My review is based on the audiobook, not the storyline itself. I was totally distracted. It was narrated by the same person that narrarated the other books, yet all of a sudden Peabody and McNabb's voices have changed. Peabody's voice didn't sound any different than Eve's. It made it really hard to follow who was saying what when they were having conversations together. I loved the old voices and am really disappointed they changed. I am crossing my fingers that they go back to "normal" in the next book.

I had no idea what to expect when I started this book. Two thumbs up, for sure. I can not wait to start reading the rest of the series.
