The Siege of Krishnapur. A little eclectic though.

I also received this one for a review, but it's due to be published on 21 Aug, and sounds like a really good historical fiction

Oh, AUDIBLE! I've got credits and a gift voucher!
Four Fires is one of my favourite Bryce Courtenay books, with an excellent narrator - enjoy!

Keep trying! It's so worth it, and I'll be reading the second one very very soon!

I have The Orchardist on my "Possible new release" list for August. I have challenged to read one new published book a month. I'm behind and just reading June's now.
I haven't won a giveaway in a long time. *sniff*

I took a cursory look at the BOGO sale and will go back and take a deeper look before it ends. I didn't see Four Fires and I would be interested in that one. I wondered about The Secret Servant, but I haven't read the first book in the series so should likely do that before I get later ones.
In case you aren't aware... to link a book, click on the "add book/author" link above. You can search for a book and then click on "add" to post a link in your message. We like linked books because it makes it easier to investigate.

Anna Dressed in Blood was offered in audiobook format for free downloads by SYNC last month. All summer they are offering two books each week. Once the week is up, the books are no longer available. I've picked up a couple of books that I've had on my wishlist.

I have The Orchardist release date written on my calendar. It looks like a pretty good read, both my mom and I are looking forward to it.

Probably a great idea! :)
This series sounds so different I wanted to give it a try.

The books I got were part of a set, similar to the Penguin Classics, so unfortunatley I dont have the same cover as the one showing. But thanks for the tip! :)

Awesome, thanks Janice! :D

That's on my TBR list. I've been avoiding it, though, because it is soooo long.

Will you let me know how that one is Janice?
