She has been gone for a while now and never replied to private messages (email etc.). I don't think she'll come back.
Yes, I know how long it has been, but she certainly kept things lively with her wit and knowledge.
On another point entirely, someone pointed out that Mircea's foot fetish began when he massaged Cassie's feet in TtD.
Nope! Mircea's been loving feet since he landed in Venice as a very young vampire in his own book, Masks. In Masks, he was purchased as a sex slave, where he performed very well indeed.
Love that book!!!

I love the Masks too! The only book dedicated to the mighty M😍
I don't know why it has 3.98 rating on Goodreads!😔 This book was AMAZING!

It hasn't been just Lannister who isn't active anymore. Posters like Zoltan, Kristen, Stardust,.. they used to post frequently on the forums. But since 2017.... They have not posted on Goodreads.
I'm really sorry about mods and posters who have "aged out" of the fandom. Sarah was right about that circumstance in peoples' lives.
If they could have stayed, they would feel the joy of a flood of Ms Chance's creativity as she is freed from an uncaring publisher's constraints. Truly, the Cassieverse is a larger, more fantastic storytelling canvas than ever before.
With Queen's Gambit happening in a little over a week from now, and a Cassie book to follow THIS YEAR, we can be thankful while enjoyiñg Ms Chance's increased output.

The same is true for people who stopped reading the series because they didn't like the huge gaps between the books (publishing-wise). It would be great if they all started reading again. So many books now and so many new releases on a regular basis.

Writing enthusiastic reviews is the only way to grow a fan base or recapture fans who have lost interest through the years (AND YEARS) that have been spent on detailing just a few months in Cassie's life.
I hope Queen's Gambit gets a lot of attention from urban fantasy readers.
