Assuming, of course, that the world doesn't end on Dec 2012 :D"the good thing is - Jason's book will be published before the end of the world in December: lots of time to read and reread it!! I'm most curious about Jason anyway - he certainly is the dark and dangerous type I like to read about.
How long do you think she's going to make us wait for Illium's book? As long as we waited for Hawke's? Oh well, I guess I'll just have to suffer through reading about all of the other guys first. ;)
So, here are the Seven:Dmitri –
Galen –
I think Jessamy is his partner and I *think* it's going to be released as a novella in Angels' Flight (Love this cover!)And that leaves 5 others:
Aodhan – Angel
Illium – Angel
Venom – Vampire
Jason – Angel - *Upcoming Guild Hunter Novel*
Naasir – Vampire
I can't decide who to come next in the book. I want all of them. *g* Also, I remember reading in this thread or somewhere that there will one more book with the PoV of Elena and Raphael. Assuming that she writes 1 book for each character, then that leads to at least 6 more books.
I wonder what I'm going to do about "Angel's Flight" - seeing that I have already 3 of the 4 novellas at home. Do I break down and buy the whole book or is there a better solution?
Which one are you missing Karin Elisabeth?I was lucky and didn't get any of the novellas previously.
Karin Elisabeth wrote: "I wonder what I'm going to do about "Angel's Flight" - seeing that I have already 3 of the 4 novellas at home. Do I break down and buy the whole book or is there a better solution?"I'm sort of having the same issues but they are DTB. So I'll probably buy the ebook. Pre-order is @ 7.99.
The only one missing will be Galen's story (which of course I want to read)I'm sorry but I don't understand what "DTB" is. I get "BD" for Book depository but "DTB"? Anyone can help me?
Karin: DTB = Dead Tree Book which is your paper books@Sandra: Amazon doesn't seem to have the discounted price for the pre-order. Can you see the ebook version of the book in BD? Since I'm outside US, I won't be able but wondering if you could see..
@Sandra: Amazon doesn't seem to have the discounted price for the pre-order. Can you see the ebook version of the book in BD? Since I'm outsid..."Vi, BD is only listing the DTB, still at AUD5-65, USD5-99 and SGD$7-70.
PS: I'm outside USA too :)
I *think* BD will list the ebook if you are inside US but that is just my theory. Now DTB or Ebook is the question of the hour for me :(
Well, I've noticed some books have ebooks listed and some don't. I just assumed they had the rights to some and not others. But I'm just guessing.

Thanks for clarifying "DTB".
What I found the other day in a bookstore in my town was a GERMAN anthology of Ms Singh's whose title would be Magic Seduction in English. Never having heard or read about that I found that it contains "Ashwini's" story with the Cajun Vamp (or so I assume!). They also added three stories I already have read. That was a surprise for me. They publish the stories in German before they publish them in English?
Karin Elisabeth, just had a quick look at Nalini's website and
came out October 2011, with Angel's Pawn, Beat of Temptation, Stroke of Enticement. All of them have been out for some time in English, some from 2007 and 2008. Angel's Pawn is the first time in print form, before it was only in ebook.

I completely missed "Angel's Pawn" - how could that happen? Anyway I downloaded the stories on my Kindle and found out what I always knew: I like my books better in English. I think a lot of the best gets lost when being translated into German (for example starting with the difference we have when addressing a person in a more formal way; Zach and Annie cling to the formality more or less until the time they hop into bed - and how ridiculous is that?)
Still it was nice: I was sitting in bed, comparing the English version to the German version and vice versa.
Sometimes I wonder about myself....:)

I just spent I-don't-know-how-long making a (dare I admit it?) spreadsheet to figure out what books I need to read by when for various monthly, quarterly, half-year, and yearly challenges.
LOL at both of you! I'm a list maker, I know if I do a spreadsheet I won't keep it up, I get too lazy. So lists work for me, quick & simple and oh so satisfying when I cross off a book :D
Lucky you BD is still saying 21 days, though that can change in a heartbeat. All fingers & toes crossed.
Judithe, how long does it take for book to reach you? Will you be getting it before the 28th? ::envious::
Yep. *trying to keep control of happy smirk* Once it gets into the "shipped" mode, it's in my hands within a couple of days (except for extreme circumstances...). My book is still in Tokyo, so, I'll probably get it tomorrow. Friday at the latest.Off to rearrange my Feb. challenges...
Forget the spouse...Mr. Randomizer...and all those other tempting guys...my new love is Mr. Japan Post. He just hand-delivered (no, no stuffing it in the post box, ringing the doorbell and carefully placing it in my hand!) Angel's Flight!!!!!Bye. Hope the 28th comes soon for ya, Vi! And Sandra! And Steph!
So, Judithe, where do you live again? I'm sure you wouldn't mind some of us drop in and talk to your new love's gift. We're all very very eager to share your gift.
I'll let you know...tomorrow! And as it's valentine's day (almost), chocolate would be VERY appropriate.
Frozen doodads surrounding it like when you bring a cake home from the bakery. Lots of those frozen doodads.
From Nalini's blog 4/2/12:I've had a few questions about release dates for next year, so here are all the dates I have at present. The 2013 ones are tentative - confirmed dates to come later on in the year.
2012
Tangle of Need - May 29th
Archangel's Storm - September
2013
Psy/Changeling Anthology - March
2 new novellas and 2 previously published. I'm still weighing up which characters will feature in the new novellas but Cooper and Grace's story is likely to be one of them.
Untitled Psy/Changeling Novel - June
Untitled Guild Hunter Novel - September
I'm not ready to talk about either of the latter two books at the moment, so you'll have to be patient a while longer for further details.
Spoilers drive me crazy, so haven't been by here...but!!! So thrilled that Archangel's Legion is on it's way to me! Ordered both, MMP & e-book...MMP is winning this time (and actually going to keep the other one, too...backup craze? Love reading the paper version, and have them all, but also building up my faves that I'll reread and reread on digital...
