I'm not currently involved in any buddy reads. I was unable to get ahold of the books to start.
I will hold on to this copy so let me know when you guys are available to start. The fifth in the series comes out in April 2012.

I don't think you need to, Lisa Kay. #1 was much better than #2, IMO, but I get a kick out of seeing characters revisited. I have both on PDF if you need.

As some of you may know, I've been on a bit of a bender recently, reading a lot of contemporary romantic suspense... very glad I did it, it was wayyyyyy overdue, but now I need a palate cleanser. The only problem is, I don't know what to read next... I'm in the mood for a wacky paranormal or a lengthy erotica (no pun intended), and would love to do it as a buddy-read. Does anyone have any suggestions, or books from their TBR they'd like to bump up and read it with me?

Any of the Virgin River series can be read out of order/as stand alones is what I've been told. ☺

ETA: Someone else in one of my other groups was asking the same question about this same book...today I think or maybe it was yesterday LOL

Virgin River Christmas especially can be read out of order. There is only a little interaction with the town.

Sometime in December is good for me. Got it in paperback this morning when I took my computer in to be repaired. Alas, it is beyond hope; I have to get a new one. Luckily, I went to the bookstore and purchased books before I found out I should NOT be spending my money there. No, no. Don't tell me to return my books! Eep!
