message 472: by Savita, I'm NOT giving away Butterbeer. (new)

Savita (haltranger) | 2117 comments Mod
I guess it was better, in a way, but it reminded me so much of Twilight.

message 473: by [deleted user] (new)

Clockwork Angel (The Infernal Devices, # 1) by Cassandra Clare

More than likely, it has.

message 475: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments I'm currently reading the Hunger Games; for people who have read the whole series, is Mockingjay really that disappointing in the end?

message 476: by [deleted user] (new)

all my friends who read it said so and coz they read it before me they told me not to read the ending. but obviously i didnt do that and well...i didnt really like the ending.

message 477: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments Really? Does NO ONE like the ending? Why don't people like the ending? (Don't answer that; I want to find out. :D)

message 478: by Amaranta (new)

Amaranta (foreverreader) | 314 comments I liked the ended...I just don't like page 386. The ending itself is really good and I was in no way disapointed with it. I think you should keep reading.

message 479: by Savita, I'm NOT giving away Butterbeer. (new)

Savita (haltranger) | 2117 comments Mod
Dunno...I hated HG, didn't bother to read Mockingjay.

message 480: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments Oooohhh first Hunger Games hater I've encountered. :)

message 482: by Miss Silvertongue (last edited Nov 09, 2010 12:08AM) (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments For now, I'm Team Peeta. And I think I might stay that way....... (Because although I'm only up to the first book, I'm already a Peeta/Katniss shipper. Even if he gets brainwashed and tries to kill Katniss or whatever. :D)

message 483: by [deleted user] (new)

how do u know that stuff?

message 484: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments Keen ears. :) Lol no um... around 2 months ago or whatever, I wasn't into the Hunger Games yet but I read a summary of the plot of Mockingjay to see what the fuss was about. :)

message 485: by [deleted user] (new)

ahhhh...that sucks!

message 486: by GSGS, I'm giving ANYONE Butterbeer. (new)

message 487: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments Really? I will form my opinion after I read CATCHING FIRE (GSGS! You have to finish reading it in your little holiday k? :D).

message 488: by [deleted user] (new)

TEAM GALE FTW!

message 489: by [deleted user] (new)

i was wondering if anyone's read The Host (stephenie meyer) i didnt read it coz i hate twilight but my friend who hated twilight said its good. ?????

message 490: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments Nope. I don't want to read anything by Stephenie Meyer ever again. In our school library, in the M section, the Twilight books have been hidden behind 4 other books, which I find hilarious. They've been that way for around a month.

message 491: by [deleted user] (new)

hahaha LOL ^.^

message 492: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments I think our school has made their opinions very clear. :)

message 493: by [deleted user] (new)

most people in my school are OBSESSED! UGHH! twilights like the only book theyve read. SIGH!

message 494: by Miss Silvertongue (new)

Miss Silvertongue (misssilvertongue) | 2006 comments Last year tonnes of people were obsessed (guilty) but it's over now. It's all 'The Hunger Games this, The Hunger Games that' or Vampire Academy or whatever.

message 495: by [deleted user] (new)
