I must confess, I’ve been a lurker …for WAY too long. I’m sorry for that. My life is busy with caretaking an eighty three year dad who I live with for part of the month. I share that job with my sis and bro. I am able to work from his home a few days in the week, the others I’m doing a four hours a day commute. Those aren’t excuses, I’m just saying sometimes-- it can take me a long while to get around to doing some things. ;-)

I like the feel of this group, and how I can always find a thread to entertain me. IR romance-- I’ve just started reading this genre, and I have really fallen in love with it!

I’m also a newbie writer, and I started taking courses on the internet to up my skills to write an urban fantasy novel I had an idea for. I ran across authors who were writing IR, and well, I took a little bite, ya know how that goes, right?  And now I’m only interested in reading & writing IR romance.

I’m all in! I figure it’s time I start jumping into chat about of all the lovely stories I’ll be reading. Cuz – I’m going to be readin’ some more IR!

I’m venice! Mainly into sweet romance stories. For me though-- it’s all about the story, a good story teller can snag my interest right off that bat. A certain thing clicks inside when I know I’m in for a good read, and that’s such a good high. Um, am I trying to escape a busy, stressful world—heck yeah!!

I’ve had a real nice time reading all the discussions here, and would like to start participating in some!

Ah, a bomawer... that's nice to hear. You'll be happy to know that as soon as I've completed Flight of Fancy... I'll be doing 4 more episodes of Bomaw - enough to fill another volume... and yes, Jake will be a major player as well, because he and Vivian's story is growing. So, yep won't be too much longer for Volume 13. So happy to see you here.

just went to kindle and brought it actually. Going to read it on my phone tonight. It's been awhile since I have read a physical book I am always trying to do four things at once plus it's easier to make sure my 4&6 year old r not reading my phone :) I am a bit of a lurker usually writing or chasing my kids. Always glad to see new people posting.
