Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) As long as you do it nicely!

The next time I get in trouble with someone I'm going to ask if I was at least nice about it.

Cynthia Paschen | 7333 comments When I get into trouble, I'm usually not nice. Sometimes I'm truly a pain in the ass. Part of my charm, maybe? Maybe not.

message 103: by ms.petra (new)

ms.petra (mspetra) Heidi is like the nun in Catholic school making sure there is only nice talk in this room. yes Sister. :D

message 104: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I've actually considered life as a nun at several stages of my life. I could do it. Seriously.

I would just like to say thank you to Misha for starting the thread, Heidi for keeping it on track, and the rest of you for participating in it. You truly are the greatest group on Goodreads.

message 111: by [deleted user] (new)

Just like I like Misha, in a glass :)

message 112: by Sarah (new)

Sarah | 13814 comments If no glass is available, mine can be poured directly into my mouth.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) It's raining here right now. I could go for a drink and a floatie thing. Oh, and a pool and clear weather.

Félix (habitseven) Zen's in the house!

message 117: by [deleted user] (new)

I have finally found the nice room after a bit of searching. I need one of those deck chairs, a cocktail, a good book (maybe)and some sun. Forget the cabana boy. I don't need any pie. I just need the the cocktails to keep coming until I am off my face. (It will only take 2, 3 at the most.)

message 118: by [deleted user] (new)

MmmmmHmmmmm. You make the best cocktails Misha. :)

message 119: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) A what a huh?

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Isn't that lemonade and tea mixed? I tried one of those before and it tasted odd.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I like cranberry juice with a splash of 7up on the top.

message 123: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Which half is the iced tea?

message 124: by Kevin (new)

Kevin (ksprink) | 11469 comments me too bun. i love cranberry juice. my fav and lime is my fav thing to put in a drink

message 125: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I thought so. Didn't taste any lemonaide.

message 126: by [deleted user] (new)

Larry wrote: "Which half is the iced tea?"

The left half.

message 127: by [deleted user] (new)

Another cranberry juice fan.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) Maybe this weekend I'll do some sort of cranberry drink with a splash of something harder. That's sounding good right about now.

message 129: by [deleted user] (new)

Not that I would know anything about it Stacia, but vodka may go good with the cranberry juice.

Maybe. I don't know, either.

Stacia (the 2010 club) (stacia_r) I could have sworn that back in my bar hopping days there was a drink called a "purple hooter" that had cranberry and vodka. Maybe it was grape juice though.

It's been a while.

Félix (habitseven) Purple Hooter

Larry, I love how you always come up with an appropriate picture. The owl is so cute and appropriate for the nice room. It made me smile.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments Ohhh... THAT Heidi. Bleh. NM.

message 138: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10825 comments I'm enjoying a bit of Madeleine Peyrouz style blues and a large over-sized cup of Earl Grey right now. I wish I could share with each of you! PLUS, the lavender that I picked from my garden earlier this summer is still fragrant, so I have it bunched in the handle of my overhead bin... and it smells heavenly.

It's possible to find a zen place at work. It is. :)

message 139: by Zen (new)

Zen (zentea) | 515 comments I agree Heidi! Zen places follow me everywhere! That's my most cheerful thought of the day so far! Thanks for making that happen Heidi!

message 143: by [deleted user] (new)

I guess he must have. His comments are showing up as a 'deleted member'. My apologies for putting the question in here. I really like Jim and will miss him if he doesn't come back.
