I see a lot of people are doing the new Sookie Stackhouse book coming out, but I'm not that far in the series yet.

I started my PNR book and decided to change my choice. I started PNR-Love at First Bite Anthology and put it back down. I've started it once before and it didn't 'keep' me although I am a huge Sherrilyn Kenyon fan. I looked at some reviews and they were not very good either. So... I've decided to make Dime Store Magic by Kelley Armstrong my PNR selection instead.

I've noticed that some people have already begun this challenge and have finished one or more of their selections but it isn't August yet. Since it's the August challenge, shouldn't we wait to start until the 1st? I'm confused on the rules.

In an ideal world the books for the challenge would be read in August, starting the first book 1st August. But since the challenge is just for fun and there are no prizes I'll just leave it up to you.

Haha, don't worry about it. I know budget problems...I'm currently unemployed.
Luckily my library is hooked up with the whole county and I can request a book to be shipped to the library of my choice so I can pick it up.
Usually I like buying my books, but for now I have to settle with borrowing them.

Thanks Jen! I'm surprisingly happy with all of the books I read for this challenge. The Dark Days and Iron fey series I already knew were going to be really good because I'm following both series.
