If you could eliminate one part of your daily activities (like eating or sleeping or brushing your teeth), what would it be and why?

message 538: by Stella (new)

Stella (stella_exlibris) | 458 comments sleeping. I think it is a shame we lose half our lives by doing nothing. It would be great if a person could rejuvenate and rest and feel as if they have slept 8 hours just sitting with their eyes closed for 10 mins. And with all the time we would get we would have more time to read, watch movies, meet friends, etc. Dreaming doesn't require sleeping, so if the physical and medical reasoning for sleeping could be achieved otherwise I wouldn't mind skipping it.
