Archive Alphabet Challenge

I saw this in the suggestions thread in the Romance Readers Group and really liked it. I'm going to change up the words a little. I thought we could do half the alphabet beginning in July, and the other half starting in January. So, two halfway challenges.

Rules:
The title of the book must have one of the words listed under the letter below. Only one word used per book. Therefore, if two of the words are bites and dust you could not use Another One Bites the Dust by Jennifer Rardin to shorten the number of books. You may use any tense of the word. (Awaken vs. awakened)

I have a question. Does the word have to be in a title of the book or can it be in the title of the series?

Actually its the Everything Paranormal group you need to thank. They started it and I thought it was cool and put the suggestion on the Romance Reader's Reading Challenge Group.

FYI, Everything Paranormal did allow it to be in the title of the series (if it was printed on the cover) but only had 1 word per letter (so that was harder).

I am not going to nit pick. Just have fun. Yes, you are only supposed to use one word, but I know that is hard and you can't always catch it. I haven't tried to make mine yet. I added 3 words to try and make it easier, but I might have made it harder by accident :)

Yes you may use any tense. And now that people have started to make their list, you can use series titles as well.

Ok Lenore, clarify for me. :) From reading your initial post, I just thought we couldn't "cheat" by using a title with more than one key word for 2 separate letters.

Ex: Eternal Kiss of Darkness - you can use it for either E (eternal) or K (kiss), but not for both E & K.

But then when I read Diane's post, I got confused--not difficult. :) Did I read the original post wrong, and if a title has 2 keywords, we can't use it at all?

Just wanted to clarify before I post my list, since I was going to use that book for E. :)

ETA: to fix Lenore's name, because I'm a moron.

I gave myself a couple options for a few letters--easier to do it now when I'm searching my lists & then I have more options to fit books into future monthly challenges. :)
