Thanks guys, I'll say realistic for this one and find a different one for multicultural. That's kind of the way I was leaning, but wanted to hear your thoughts.
Amy wrote: "I think the manga category is going to be hard for me. I haven't the slightest idea of where to even look for a manga book."I read Death Note, Volume 1: Boredom and it is fantastic! You can buy them at the bookstore or my library had it.
When I was younger I used to read Ranma 1/2, Volume 1 and it has a lighter tone than Death Note.
So, I know that this might be a bit early for some, and it doesn't really relate to this thread, but seeing as we're halfway through this challenge's time frame, I thought I'd ask anyway - anyone have any thoughts about the next challenge? (run on sentences FTW!)

I'd be up for running the thing, if someone else comes up with ideas - I'm rubbish on challenge ideas.
How about choosing a topic or theme and then reading 26 books (one per letter of the alphabet) on that theme?
That sounds good to me... I'm going to start a new thread (if no one has any objections) so that we can get this going. (As in, work out more details, not actually start the challenge.)
For Challenge 5, does anyone have any short story books or books about sports that start with the letter "J" or "N"? Every other letter I have something for and just about every genre, too.
Books mentioned in this topic

Sold (other topics)
Angus, Thongs and Full-Frontal Snogging (other topics)
