You know the ending was so interesting that I read straight through and never wrote questions. I know right. Either I'm lame or the ending was that good.
So, the only question left is.... How did you like the ending of the book? Was it good? What could of been better? Ah, any weird comments to get off your chest?
Z, are you going to save me here? Did you write questions after I pestered you to hurry and finish the book :P

Ok, So, we are in the same boat. We are almost twins. LOL!
I think not. LOL! Kate! Where did you go again!
She has already read the book and we had some great discussions.
What did you like best apart about the ending?
My favorite part was when the almost ex boyfriend showed up in front of everyone. I think my jaw even dropped and I laughed out loud.

My favorite part, would def be when Zoey was closing the circle at Samhain and she got her tattoo. I would have loved to see it. I bet it was really pretty.
I wonder if she gets addition tattoos when she does something or if this is the last of it. It would be cool if additions happen several times.

I got on Wikipedia to see if they had a page for Awakened and when it was coming out (they don't) and they had stuff about the characters. I read some of the ones that we had in Marked. And found out some stuff that totally gave away parts of other books... :) Lol

1.) That would never be my mom since I would probably get her the hell out of there before the relationship ever got that far. I hate that guy so so much! Now if I couldn't get my mom out of there I'd feel helpless but also a bit sorry for my mom that she let herself become his robot of a wife. My mom would never let any man treat her that way. She's a very strong and independant women whom I admire greatly. *But don't tell her that I said that*
2.) I vaugly remember this part but I know if it were me I'd be the hell out of there. *Sorry for using the h word but I feel it's nesecary to get my point across. Oh and sorry for any bad spelling. I'm a really bad speller.* The reason I'd have run out is beacause, honestly, what would it do and in Zoey's case no one actually supported her that man just wanted her to be like all her siblings little robots which eqaul a perfect family all in his control.
3.) I love my grandma, don't get me wrong. But she's a perfectionist and she kind of pushes it on other people which I don't like. If you want to try to be perfect be my guest but please don't try to make me that way when I know very well that I will never be perfect. On a lighter note she does make all kinds of yummy snacks when we're over. And I do love her to death, and even love her the way she is. We're going up north in two weeks and she won't be there this year because my grandpa is just getting better from his cancer and so they can't come. I'm actually going to miss her frantic raving that I shouldn't be reading but being acitve outside. That's another thing, she doesn't understand why I love to read she doesn't like it that I love to read. Anyway sorry for the long answer. But, as I've said before, I love her.
4.) Humm. I'm not sure about this part but I'll try to answer. I think that it did fill in since she met the goddess. If she wouldn't have met her I don't think it would've filled in. I don't think it was a dream, well it sort of was but the goddess was really talking to her. Well, if some goddess appeared to me I'd probably think I was dreaming and it was some big joke by the dream giver. Now once I knew it was a real goddess I'd be shy and in a way I think I'd feel like a little kid compared to her.
Chapters 8:
1.) Okay the infamous blow job scene. Personally I've been reading a few romance books since I was 14 so stuff like this doesn't really bother me. However, I felt that that scene was a little weird in a way. It was like, not that it shouldn't have been there or it felt forced, just....differentI guess. Thought I didn't mind it being there, I think it shows a lot about both Eric and Aprodite *I know that's not how you spell her name*. I think it made me miss judge them. I think it shows that while Eric was saying no her certainly wasn't making any move to leave, or maybe my memory isn't that fresh. It made me think Eric was really one of THOSE guys. It also made me feel, if my memory serves me right, that Eric was going to be a man-whore *sorry for explicte lang.* but then the two authors changed their minds and wrote up a nice decent guy and forgot to take out the scene at the begining. Does anyone else feel that way? I thought it was okay in the book. Lately I've been reading some YA books that are going more into stuff like that. Like I said personally I didn't mind it there overall but it couls have been cut. If I had been in Zoey's position I would have ran the other way. Major akwardness, espcially for the next metting with the two involoved in the act.
2.) As stated above I don't mind profanity in YA books. I think that authors are using it more and more because the times are changing and in todays society things like that are becoming not such big deals. I predict we will be reading about it more and more in YA books. I don't feel the Cast's put to much in the book, though it's more of a personal choice. Yes, I believe that YA books can still be YA books with that stuff, as long as it stays to a certain degree and isn't on the verge of romance *Ahem* scenes or eroctica *Ahem* scenes.
I read your comments and I have to say that I was really shocked that mother and duaghter came up with these scenes together. I would find that extremely akward!
Chapters 7-9:
1.) I would love night classes! I'm such a night person. I'd rather sleep all day and be able to be up all night long than what my present "up schedule is".
2.)Gift? Hmmm. I hate these questions, they're so hard. I'm not sure. Just give me what Zoey has, lol.
3.)Another really hard and thought provoking question. Hmmmm. Oh, no I'm not sure! I'll try to think of some and come back to this question.
4.)I loved Stevie Rae. She's so cute and....I just love her! I want her to be my best friend. Country music and all! I really like all of Zoey's new friends. Espcially Damien, got to love a cute gay boy! They're all unquie and special to Zoey in their own way and I love them all.
Chapters 10-15:
1.) Well, I think it may be a bit of a snub in the face if she didn't attend seeing as how it's the schools soreity kind of thing. It would seem like she thinks she's better than them. Plus Neferet said she should go so...she should. I think I would probably go and check it out if only to please Neferet.
2.)This is defintely not an uncomfortable issue for me. The truth is I'm absolutly fine with someone being gay or a lesbian. It's not my place to say who someone should love and if that person happens to be of the same sex, good for them! Oh whoops, well I guess you know my issues on being gay. Well I think a parents should support their children no matter what. Support doesn't always have to be about agreeing with someone just being their for them when they need it.
3.)I LOVE LOVE LOVE cheesecake! YUM YUM YUM! I have always loved fruits! I love peaches and strawberries and well all sorts of kinds. I also really love sugar snap peas! Another YUM!
4.)Don't remeber this part but I'm tryint to answer everyhting. Well, she did catch him getting a blow job. If it were me I'd be a little weireded out that the person in question was watching me.
5.)Yes, it did seem like Zoey was good at everything but I thinkt that's put to rest in some other books. I think her flaws will be back, if I remember correctly. I love this question! I love horses so much. We actually have a horse but we have to sell him because my brother will be attending private high school with me this year and with the econmy we can't afford to have all three of us. So right now we're trying to find a good home for him. I've cried about it a lot but I understand and It's getting better. Back to the non-wishy-washy stuff. I love to ride and I think I'm going to try and volunteer at a riding place for the summer that helps kids and adults with special needs learn to ride. Horses are amazing animals, if I do say so myself.
6.)I thought it was neat but sometimes those rituals can get a bit long and similar therefore leaving me reading fast to get to the other stuff. I think she felt the elements. Boy I wish I could!
Chapters 16-19:
1.) Like I said before neat and interesting but could get a little long. I don't think it's a coincedence that she could feel the elements.
2.)I think she came along because she was curious about all the new stuff Zoey was going through. She just wanted to see the place and the "new" Zoey. I don't think she really cares for her at all.
3.)Well, it was something else, I do believe.
4.)I think so, I think she wanted her too and to teach her a lesson sort of thing. She's a new vampire and her body probably wants that.
5.)I thought it was sweet, but totally went against the Erick at the begining of the book. In my opinion. But he's a sweetheart and this scene made my heart skip a beat or two.
6.) Hmmm, I think something spooky is going on. For some reason I just don't see ghosts in this series. Somethings up.
7.)We currently have three animal members of our family
Zoe- our little bichon frese. She's such a sweetheart and a perfect dog! She's tinie tiny and white all over. She's 9 years old.
Doc-My huge horse! He's really very big! He's cheasnut or light brown. He's 8 years old and very energetic. He's thrown me off his back 7 times within 2 or 3 years. He's a thoroghbred and used to race! He won a few then decided he didn't like it and came to my trainer then to us.
Esme- Yes, like in Twilight. She's a new designer breed called a Teddy Bear. We rescued her from a a foster care type of place and she's going to be 1 in July, she's still a puppy. Later on we found out that her breeder was a puppy mill lady. It'd really sad but at least we have her now! She's white, black, and a little bit of really dark brown. She's still a puppy and I've had to go to one of my teachers and really say my dog ripped up my homework. She's a wild women!
Okay that's all of them I think. My memory isn't great but I tried!
5.)

O MY, what great answers you have.
Even from memory you did great. I read each and everyone. I love the bit about the dog eating your homework :)
Yes, the ending was so good that we just kept reading. So we have just kind of been discussing the ending of the book :0
