They crept down throught the back doors. "What should we dpo now?" Dan asked.

"BLAH! Not another library!" Dan complained.

"Ok, let's go." Nellie picked up her backpack. "Everything's packed."

Dan gulped. "Um, no. Library it is." He sighed and set off at a fast pace, quickly pulling away from the two girls. "Are you coming?"

"Yeah, let's jet!" said Nellie running to catch up with Dan, Amy trailing behind her.

Amy laughed. She had never seen Dan so eager to get to a library.

When they finally got to the library they heard a noise behind them.

Amy whirled around, a pit settling in her stomach.

"Well, well. Look who turned up." Madison Holt taunted.

Amy saw them, her mouth fell. "W-w-w-what are you doing here?" Shes finally dtamered.

"Like I'd give away that information. It's classified. What I really want to find out is why you're here." Madison grabbed Dan by his shirt. "And you're gonna tell me."

Dan struggled. "Let go of me! Get your filthy Tomas hands OFF MY SHIRT!" He yelled the last part, drawing every person in the library's eyes on them.

Madison let go. "You know what you little brat..." "MADISON!" Eisenhower's voice called from a distance.

"Daddy's calling you. You better get going, little girl." Dan taunted her.

Madison put Dan on her back and and ran. "WAIT! DAN! PUT HIM DOWN!" Amy screamed chasing Madison, Nellie right behind.

Madison kept on running until she got to her father. Reagen((how do you spell it)) grabbed Amy and Hamilton, Nellie. Saladin bit him but he wouldn't budge.
"Well, well. What do we have here?" said Eisenhower.

Nellie twisted furioulsy. "Hands off, dude! It took me forever to get my hair perfect."

"All the clues you have... and the trail you're on." said Eisenhower. "So... tell us. And prove it."

With Eisenhower's look of approval, the kids dropped them. "There, tell us."

On cue, AMy turned around and started running. "Get in the car!" She screamed, jumping in a convertable.

"After them!" The car drove away with Amy, Dan, Nellie and Saladin in it. "NO! You owe us those clues!" Madison yelled. "Get back here!"

"A different library of course!" Amy said. In the back seat, she could hear Dan grown.

Nellie sighed. "Guys, quit. We're going to go to a library with a cafe. Deal?"

Once at the library Amy went strait to the books while Nellie, Dan and Saladin went to the café.

They bought coffee for Nellie, two hot chocolats and three chocolate covered croissants. They brought everything back to the library. "Any luck Amy?" Dan asked her.

"No. I have no idea what to look for. There's no section called 'MADRIGALS' or 'THE 39 CLUES'. I just don't know what to do.
