Yeah I loved
I cannot wait for the next book!
I have just finished
The Hunger Games and all I can say is WOW, I couldn't put it down the only reason it took me so long to pick up was that I was put off by the futuristic note, but WOW what a book. I have just started
Fire Study I loved the first two I hope this is just as good.
Child of Fire - it's pretty interesting so far. I'm definitely enjoying it and can't wait to finish. It's giving off a Dresden vibe and I love that.
I just finished
and enjoyed it for what it is.I'm about to start
for a RL bookclub. I haven't read it in many decades.
I'm dying to continue the Morgan Kinsley series (sigh) Have only the first book and waiting impatiently for the paperbackswap to have a copy available. Everyone is wishing for it though so it's taking forever. My bookstore does not have it and neither does the used bookstore. May jsut try to get my bookstore to order it, but it would take a few weeks (argh) Can't order online right now.Reading a book called The Demon you Know by Christine Warren right now
Finally finished
. Took me almost a month to finish it because it was so depressing. I don't think anything positive happened to Rachel through out the entire book.I think I'm going to read
next. I hope it is as good as the first two books.
I have a couple of books going right now,
and
and am listening to
, which I have already read, but wanted to check out the audio. The narrator is much better for this one than the BDB series.
I finished
Fire Study I've started
Circus of the Damned (Anita Blake, Vampire Hunter, #3) and
A Dirty Job
After having read some sci-fi(Honor Harrington), I'm back to reading urban/paranormal fantasy. I'm currently reading
Just finished
, it took me a while to warm up to the book, but the ending was very unique and I ended up liking it.

I liked Nola too. Maybe something can be done for Cody now that he's with her. I ordered book #2 from the library.
I just finished Tales of the Otherworldand Mudbound and have begun Waking The Witch
.(Really loved Mudbound and recommend it highly, though it is historical fiction.)
I have finished
A Dirty Job by Christopher Moore it was one of the funniest books I have ever read, just what I needed.
The Iron King by Julie Kagawa what an enthralling read. and I have just started
Magic Bites
Just finished Game of Cages and am about to start Sixty-One Nails. I was going to read Trick of the Light, but the copy is messed up. For some reason I'm missing the first two chapters of the book. >.<
Carolyn F. wrote: "I finished Almost Heaven, wonderful book. I'm now reading Skinwalker."I just finished Skinwalker, would like to know how you feel after reading it. There were some parts that dragged for me, but am glad there is another book out there, because I'd like to read more....
Going to try
, which I am going in with low expectations as I thought the first one was so so, then
which I am really looking forward to.

,
and
. I'm now going to read
.Sooz, it started out slow/boring for me and at first the panther-speak had my eyes rolling, but I ended up really enjoying the book, it just took awhile.

I planned to read Vampire Academy a while ago, but somehow it disappeared from my to-read list. Then, after joining GR, I keep seeing it and hearing so many things about it! It's making me extremely curious. Usually I don't like most YA books though, so I can't decide if I should or shouldn't read it!

Well, if you're worried it's childish, you don't need to be particularly concerned. I don't usually read YA books either, but Vampire Academy is one of the few exceptions.
I'm reading Summon the Keeper and enjoying it. Next up is The Painted Boy
, a brand new one from Charles de Lint.
Skinwalker- I just finished it, and really enjoyed it, will go on to sequel.Game of Cages- read it after Child of Fire, because I loved Child of Fire so much- Cages was good too. I just love the "hero" and Annaliese.
Just finished
and loved it, it's getting better and better. Will start
very soon (like right after I finish goodreading)
Tiphaine wrote: "Just finished

I have finished Bitten
an excellent book i'd like to read more of Elena's adventures! 4starsUndead and Unemployed
hysterically funny 5starsUndead and Unappreciated
This is a great book, just a shame it wasn't longer 4stars andAnne Boleyn and Me
I have started Lover Eternal
I just finished White Night, as always a great Dresden book. What I read next depends a lot on what I can find checked-in at the library. :P (I would read the next Dresden, but I know I'm getting it for X-mas, so I'll be good and wait.)
I'm reading
which is book 4 of the Mercy Thompson series. So far, I'm really enjoying it. I have to say I didn't love the first book of this series, Moon Called, but I'm glad I stuck with it. The writing and the stories just keep getting better. After this book, I'm thinking either Unholy Ghosts by Stacia Kane, Magic to the Bone by Devon Monk or Greywalker by Kat Richardson.
I vote for the Stacia Kane book although that started slow for me by book #2 I was loving it. Magic to the Bone - twist at the end but if it didn't have that I don't think I would have read it. Have not great anything by Kat Richardson.
I finished
, I think I was too excited about the book. Most of the time when that happens I'm disappointed and I was with this book.
finished Lover Eternal I am absolutely in love with this series. I am looking foward to Zadists book. I am now starting Lady Sophia's Lover
