So I've been told. Argggh. I'm only on like page 100. I'm so nervous... XD

Haha yeah. And my sister got a copy of it, too. So right now we have four copies. It's ridiculous!!!

Rolenda (len12) | 89 comments I'm on Everwild (Skinjacker, #2) by Neal Shusterman chapter 7, I think I'm liking it more than Everlost :)

Ahhh the Skinjacker books are awesome! I agree ... I liked Everlost, but Everwild was loads better. And Everfound just ... blew my mind. The end had me in tears. Neal Shusterman is amazing. <3

I have just started. It's not looking like my kind of book...what with pure blood, half blood, demons and Gods. But I will give it few more pages. I have just read chapter 1. Will let you know what I think as I progress further.

Just finished Crossed (Matched, #2) by Ally Condie and started reading Divergent (Divergent, #1) by Veronica Roth

Seth (ninjaaaaaofwritingbooks) | 240 comments DIVERGENT. Love that book <3

message 2065: by Dani (new)

Dani (dani_duda25) Decided to go out of my comfort zone a little bit and try out a graphic novel Civil War The Road to Civil War by Brian Michael Bendis .

I'm already enjoying it, Seth. :-) The different factions are interesting! I'm thinking to myself which faction I would be in if I lived in their world. XD

I read and collected comics most of my life. If you've never read super hero stuff...well, I could think of WAY better graphic novels to try. (Just sayin') :)

I was trying to get my little brother to read more by telling him I would read the same book. He picked that rather than an actual book! So much for me trying to push my reading habits on to my family!! lol

message 2073: by Lloyd (new)

Lloyd | 110 comments How old is your brother? Comics are an excellent gateway into reading books. (I spent LOTS of time reading both) I'd be happy to recommend some good stuff.

Ahhh Clockwork Prince ... I have not been able to put it down. I must finish it. Of course, knowing Cassie Clare, it's going to end on some horrible cliffhanger. O_o

I know how you feel! I was telling my whole family which factions I'd decided they'd be in. I can't remember anymore, but of course I said I'd be Dauntless . . . even though I probably wouldn't be xD

This book is everywhere. I am pretty picky about dystopian novels so I will wait to see what you think.

I'm curious about Legend too. Be sure to give us a full report when you are done. :)

Read Accordance (Significance, #2) by Shelly Crane which is the second book in the Significance series.

Now reading Devour (The Devoured Series) by Shelly Crane by the same author. Crack, I'm telling you.

I haven't heard of any of those Shannen! I posted my review of BD (Beautiful Disaster). Hmmm... it has the same initials as another book I didn't like.

Its sooo freakin good! I did not want to put it down!! I'm going to be putting up a review soon once I can find good enough words to describe the darn thing (which is quite hard since I don't feel as if any of my words will do it justice) .

I know you don't trust me when I love a book but you should definitely trust when I don't. LOL! I will say one thing, I read the whole book just because I had to see what happened.

message 2090: by [deleted user] (new)

Hi Kourtni! We've missed you!

Finished Devour (The Devoured Series) by Shelly Crane yesterday and I liked it. Probably a 3 1/2 star for me. Next book is The Scorpio Races (Sneak Peek) by Maggie Stiefvater ! Yay!

Kourtni (kourkyloo) | 732 comments Hello Heidi! I missed you guys too!!

message 2094: by [deleted user] (new)

Oooo! Not sure what you have read but here are some recommendations:

Finnikin of the Rock (Lumatere Chronicles, #1) by Melina Marchetta Hex Hall (Hex Hall, #1) by Rachel Hawkins Nightshade (Nightshade, #1) by Andrea Cremer Obsidian (Lux, #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

So many to choose from! Just depends on how much romance and teen angst you want. :)

How is school going?

message 2095: by Kourtni (new)

Kourtni (kourkyloo) | 732 comments Hmmmm..I have read all except Nightshade and Obsidian. I'll have to give those a look! And you know I can handle all the romance and teen angst you throw at me! ;)

School is...going. I've finally gotten into my major courses and they take up ALL my extra reading time. Only three semesters left though!!

message 2096: by [deleted user] (new)

If you want a cheap, quick read, go with Obsidian. I couldn't put it down. I keep saying that these type of books are like crack!

Oh, you're so close to being done with school! It must feel really good.

message 2097: by Kourtni (new)

Kourtni (kourkyloo) | 732 comments It feels ahmazing! :) I will go with Obsidian then. I need a few quick reads before the 1st. I'm behind on my yearly reading goal by 3 books!

message 2098: by [deleted user] (new)

I think I read it in one day. Also, just read Devour in one day. Crack!
