I have just finished the intense and most genius book A Child is Torn “Innocence Lost” - Dawn Kopman Whidden. Now I have to think what I want to read next.

I am going to read Three Gentlemen of Verona: The Lovelife of London Society - Gianni Ventura.Review book for Netgalley lol
I've given up on Three Gentlemen of Verona: The Lovelife of London Society - Gianni Ventura (just couldn't understand it.) So now I am reading Escaping Reality - Lisa Renee Jones.
Now reading
not normally my type of book but im working my way through the Richard and Judy book club reads so will give it a go!
Just finished a cracking Crime of 80s south London gangsters - Nick Triplow's Frank's Wild Years
Highly recommended.
I have just finished Escaping Reality - Lisa Renee Jones. Now I am not sure whether to read Rouge - Isabella Modra or The Succubus Gift - B.R. Kingsolver.
Just finished Insurgent by Roth. Second book in trilogy. Starting right in on Allegiant, the last one.
I've finished The Succubus Gift - B.R. Kingsolver today. Now I think I will read From a Dead Sleep - John Daly.
Just finished two Jean Auel books: The Clan of The Cave Bear and The Valley of the Horses. Silly me! I was beginning to think they might be for young adults but the sex is VERY explicit. Now reading Dan Brown's The Inferno.
I'm reading THE DEMONOLOGIST. The Kindle edition isn't that good. Many typos and editing issues in general. Distracting.
I finally finished reading Anna Karenina, a classic by Leo Tolstoy. I want to watch the movie with Kyra Knightly, and I thought I should read the book first. It was a long, slow slog, with short spurts of sublime writing sprinkled in the 800+ pages. For my full review, go here: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
About 1/3 done with John Quincy Adams and because I'm actually intrigued by it I just started Catching Fire
I'm reading the biography of Steve Jobs. It's so well-written and chock full of interesting things. One surprise is how many interests/experiences we had in common: going to India, for example. Steve was 7 years younger than me and I'd assumed his formative years were quite different as a result. However he was precocious and did things I did, but at a younger age. He was a hand-full.
I've finally finished Rouge - Isabella Modra. Now to carry on reading My Savior Forever - Vicki Green, From a Dead Sleep - John A. Daly, Cold Mourning: A Stonechild and Rouleau Mystery - Brenda Chapman, The Heartstone Odyssey - Arvan Kumar, A Country Kitchen Christmas - Leanne Tyler, Cruel Justice - M.A. Comley and Emotional Geology - Linda Gillard.
Finally finished Sycamore Row. Going for a lighter read now with The Rocky Road to Romance by Janet Evanovich.
At 1.30am this morning I finished My Savior Forever - Vicki Green . Now I am off to read The New Year's Masquerade - Elise Marion.
Well I have just read The New Year's Masquerade - Elise Marion which was another romantic story that I've loved.
Reading through The Hobbit. Surprisingly I haven't had much experience with the Lord of the Rings world and I wanted to start at the beginning. So far it's been very gripping.
Currently I am reading:
which is very, very good. I'm also finishing up
which I'm having a bit of trouble getting into but gonna finish it anyway. Then I have the following to read:
and
.
Last night I finished Private Berlin - James Patterson and now will read Private Down Under: - James Patterson.
I was loaned through the wonderful site BookLending.com "The Unconquerable Callie"[it was on my request list] which is a sweet, funny, historical western romance.I have enjoyed it very much especially the info about travelling the Oregon Trail. Some of Callie's actions are pretty far-fetched,[ok-unbelievable] but the author made her so likeable and fun that it hasn't much bothered me.I have 20% left then I will start "My Own Mr.Darcy" by Karey White which I got the other day for $1.99, and it is now $2.99 and about to go up to $4.99,so grab it if you are interested!
Just finished reading Reboot last night. Loved it!!!! Started Talented by Sophie Davis today, it's free right now, go grab it if you are into dystopians!
Just finished Koryta's "The Ridge" and am nearly finished with Hosseini's "And The Mountains Echoed."
Last night I finished Private Down Under: - James Patterson and will carry on reading Under Different Stars - Amy A. Bartol.
I'm reading Le Morte d'Arthur: King Arthur and the Legends of the Round Table on the Kindle. I find the Kindle is great for monster books like this.
