I had to make two lists in media and fiction as it was SO HARD to choose from. Sorry If I broke the rulesBoth lists are not in any order.
ON TV, Film and Football (Soccer)
1.Richard Armitage from the TV series Spooks (in the US its called mi5). He’s espionage’s drool worthy dark, edgy alpha hero.
2.Elvis Presley – he was a killer in King Creole, in the Country, and his most underrated film as the hunky doc in ‘Change of Habit, 1968 comeback special and Las Vegas shows from 1969 -1970. He was very macho, very sexy in leather and he had the audience eating out of the palm of his hand. What a complete singer and entertainer.
3.Paul Weller- When he was in the punk rock-mod band called ‘The Jam’. He was an anti-hero and anti-establishment in his day and he his love songs were dark and edgy at times, he’s known as the’ modfather’ as he was a snappy dresser.
4.George Clooney – He has charisma and he seems to get better as he gets older. Loved him in the Peacemaker, Ocean films, and Out of Sight
5.Paul Newman – I loved his films especially ‘a Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’
6.Daniel Day Lewis – Versatile actor being a baddie and an alpha hero.
7.Lucas Bryant- as Nathan in the US TV series Haven. He’s edgily new to me.
8.Fernando Torres- Spanish Professional soccer player who is a striker for Liverpool Soccer team, and member of the 2010 World cup winning team of Spain. He’s a cute, charming and elegant soccer player and if you were 17 18 years old, you’ll be drooling over him.
9.Zinedine Zidane- French captain of the winning World Soccer cup team in 1998. In my eyes he is the ultimate, mesmerising and complete soccer player of all time, he is your edgy, dangerous hero of football. You don’t want to mess with him. If any of you saw him get sent off during the 2006 final World Cup, then you’ll know what I mean.
10.Jose Mourinho - Manager for the Real Madrid soccer team of Spain- He’s a continental George Clooney in Football Management (Soccer) for the mature woman, he’s so sexy, most football managers are dour looking.

HI Danielle, that so interesting what you said. I was thinking something similar that Zinedine could be a main vampire character out of one of those PNR novels. I saw apic of him which was altered and he looked like a vampire.He is incredibly sexy and seeing him at interviews he is very beguiling and quite humble. Yet, he has this edgy, angel/devil intimidating persona as well.
He is very much a tortured and flawed genius in world football. Zinedine recently said he would rather die standing up for something he believes in than give in. (see link below). This is what I like about this man. Its very ironic, despite his unceremonious exit at the World Cup final 2006, ZZ was awarded 'golden Ball' the best player of the tournament. People across the world idolize him more than say a movie star. He still looks awesome at 38 years.

Sean Connery used to be on my list...but then there were some serious allegations about domestic violence...I couldn't look past it anymore...but he was just dreamy to me before.
