I'm basing my statement more on my personal idea of what Stephanie would be like - probably couldn't even think of an actress that would fit the mold...but I would think a very petite, fiesty brunette?

I agree with you. That is how I had always pictured her based on the description in the books.

I agree with your description. I'm not really into Katherine Heigl, because of the whole Grey's fiasco and Emmy thing and well she just has a big mouth...seems like everytime she is complaining about something. However, I have seen her in funny comedies and she was pretty good in them. I wonder who they will cast for Morelli and Ranger.

Ages ago I remember reading that Evanovich saw Julia Louis-Dreyfus in the role. I guess I sort of understand but I could never see it. About ten years ago my sister and I got as far as Sandra Bullock for Stephanie and George Clooney for Morelli. Again, this was ten years ago folks I know that wouldn't work anymore. I wonder who they cast for Morelli and Ranger (and Lulu!)
