I think the member added it after only glancing at a Google article. Probably got excited. Maybe it's a new one coming out but I haven't been able to find anything on it yet....

That's what I figured - Googling both Collins and the title bring up an article in which both were mentioned but the article was actually about the book by Krauss. I think at a glance a person could *maybe* come up with that it may have been an upcoming book from Collins. Maybe. If they didn't actually read the rest. I've sent two messages though and I'm getting nothing at all back. I doubt she's even active anymore. (I don't like when people join, add books, and leave. WAIT to add the books if you don't know if you're staying!!!)
What do we do though? We can't delete it and we couldn't merge it - unless with Krauss' book?

I don't know when you sent the messages, but I wouldn't worry about it for at least a couple of days...not everyone is on the site as often as the rest of us
I didn't notice the date added actually but I think they joined on the 10th, added some books, and hasn't been back. I have a feeling they won't be. I wrote them for the second time yesterday and the first time a few days before that. I'm sure they've seen the message notification by now if that went out. But we can leave it - I just wanted a super to be aware so it doesn't languish. The longer it stays the more people are going to add it thinking it's a new book coming out of Collins.
But maybe she will get back to me. If she does I'll update.
Hi all. This version of Born to Run -- born to run -- isn't a "real" edition of Born to Run. It's just a title and author. But, it has 14 reviews and I'm not able to delete it. Could a super-librarian help? Thank you.

Kelly, I've fixed that 'Into the Wild' problem.Whilst I was there, found some more that could be deleted.
Kelly, that's a NOT A BOOK - which means it has an ISBN and has been imported into the goodreads system, but it isn't a book. So a Librarian has 'NABbed' it. If the Librarian was simply to delete it, it could come back so it is 'NABbed' so that can't happen.Just ignore it.
However, since it had a rating - and was an item that could be confused with a book (in this case, Under the Banner of Heaven) I combined it with that book, deleted it so that the review would combine, added it back and NABed it.
Misspelt author name, otherwise same book as the more popular edition. Only on 2 shelves, needs a super to delete:http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/84...

But the 6015156 looks like it was added by someone who didn't even check. Didn't even spell the author's name right. But I don't know how to delete the erroneous entry and still preserve the comments multiple people have made there.

Actually, it was decided they should stay (see this thread), but with librarian notes to not combine them with the full work and an indication in the description.
