Jane wrote: "The last book I read was Bitterblue. I ABSOLUTELY love Kristin Cashore's fantasy series. However, Graceling would always be my favourite because Katsa and Po are just one of the most awesome charac..."Woohoo love Xander!!
I just finished Ice and am reading Heist Society. Ice was ok, it was ruined for me because I have already read another book that is almost exactly like it called East and personally, I preferred East to Ice. The Heist Society is pretty good as well. It started off a little slow but it is a lot better towards the end. :D

Well I am reading Dan Brown's Digital Fortress. It's as good as his previous novels- The Da Vinci Code, Angels and Demons, The Lost Symbol, Deception Point...
Has anyone read the Summer series by Jenny Han? I have to say I was very disappointed with the ending of the last book 'We'll always have summer'. Was anyone else?
Abby wrote: "Currently reading The Alchemist."The latest book just came out!!!! It's called The Enchantress!!! I'm really looking forward to reading it!!!

oops!!! :) well, the Alchemist that I was talking about is a good series too!!! :D
1984 and I just finished a reread of The Book Thief and read Picnic at Hanging Rock. All really, really good books, but kind of an overdose on depressing things.

Brittany wrote: "Just finished Book Thief and have just started The Knife of Never Letting Go."The Book Thief is a wonderful book. How is The Knife of Never Letting Go so far? I keep hearing many good things about it and even took a look at it a while back but didn't have the time to read it.

Really good. I've already fallen in love with the main characters dog. All the animals can all talk and the dog just says the most hilarious things. The book also has one of the most unique plot lines ever, I really recommend it.

Real..."
I absolutely love the Chaos Walking trilogy, I'm sure the other two too!
The Chaos Walking trilogy is my favorite trilogy ever-even better than The Hunger Games. They're actually perfect <3
Man, I haven't read a book in so long. Because of having a lead role in my drama performance & exams, its been a month & a half since I last read a novel But my last exam is tomorrow, so that means tomorrow night I can finally pick up another book!
Neil Gaiman here I come!

Sounds like I will have to find it.
I just finished Flowers for AlgernonI've gotta say it was a fascinating book. I'm still not sure what I think of it.
On another note, I read Insurgentand did not like it at all. I don't know, but Veronica's Ross's series really isn't doing much for me.
I'm starting This Gorgeous Game and I'm looking forward to it. I have no clue what it is about, but it should be interesting, right?
I've just finished reading One Perfect Summer & I have to say, it is a beautiful book and I definitely recommend it!

Make sure you read the other two books- it gets even better!
Jane wrote: "UK teen book author new to Goodreads, looking for contact with like-minded people! Love to hear what books everyone's reading and want to tell you all about a limited run free global giveaway of 1..."Thanks for the pdf. I'm looking forward to reading it.
Just finished Ship Breaker, and now reading the kind-of sequel, Drowned Cities. Great dystopian sci fi, for any age of reader. Also marching through as many Tintin adventures as I can find in the library.
Finished
Sadly, I didn't really like the story :/Currently reading
I'm just on the middle part of the story but I'm already in love with this book :))
I'm reading
because I have heard a lot of mixed opinions on this book so I have decided to try it myself

For me, I actually preferred Crossed rather than Matched because it got boring towards the end for the latter and the only thing that held my attention in Matched was the description of the dystopian world at the start. I also personally like Xander more than Ky.
I'm planning to read either Insurgent or Uglies series next.
Just wondering, is there anyone out there who doesn't like the Mortal Instruments series? I liked the Infernal devices much better though.
