Kam (iamwhowhoareyou) | 924 comments i still havent finished Divergent, because i have to read that on my PC instead of e-reader, so i dont really get time to.

Reading City of Ashes and SoulStice, started reading Clockwork Prince, but decided to pause that because i would get confused switching back and forth from City of Ashes, cuz their in the same worlds.

message 2707: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Ard (lisaa) | 13 comments just finished Our Only May Amelia by Jennifer L. Holm which is great for any age. reminiscent of the Laura Ingalls Wilder series, this is the story of finnish immigrants near astoria oregon. Great!

message 2708: by Kate (new)

Kate | 8205 comments I just started Ethan Frome in English class. The people who've already read it did NOT have good things to say about it. Although my mom says she really liked it. So far it doesn't seem that bad.

message 2709: by Lisa (new)

Lisa Ard (lisaa) | 13 comments I liked Ethan Fromme, a little bit out of the ordinary Edith Wharton story, since she usually sticks to upper crust New England types....but she's very good at capturing an era and the desperation of people who from all outward appearances would not seem so. Hope you like it!

message 2715: by Katie (new)

Katie (bookshelfblogger) The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins
I'm reading The Hunger Games! This is my first time reading the book (222 pages into the book so far!) I decided I really needed to read it because of all the hype and because I would like to see the movie (and oneo MUST read the book before seeing the movie!) The first 100ish pages were slow. I desperately wanted to get to the games, but I understand that Suzanne Collins needed to take that time to build the plot so it's okay; I was just eager! Currently, I am LOVING it and can see why everyone else in the world loves this book, too!
I highly reccomend it to those of you who, like me, haven't read the book/series so far!

I'd say yes you really should!!! But you have to have a strong back bone to handle some of the things in the book because it gets so emotional.
